Villagrossa's done very little to help our city that is for sure. You can clearly see that there are no such things as "rooster clauses" in a standard lease agreement at www.ezlandlordform s.com - but if you wanted to put one in there, you could. You have to love a man with a righteous sense of entitlement... LA seems to be famous for these type of people... they just seem to find there way here. U.S. Spring Housing Market Hints at Awaited Recovery

It could just be a small raise in the numbers coming out of a temp bottom before diving down again. Every indicator that I have seen doesn't have the US hitting rock bottom until winter 2010 when all of the foreclosures have reached a new equilibrium.
