Are you aware that a father has NO RIGHTS to his child if the mother is married to someone else even if she has been separated for years and the biological father has a DNA test to prove the child is his? If the "legal" father (the husband of the mother) will not terminate his rights then there is nothing the biological father or his family can do and they are denied any rights to the child.
