Man gets prison sentence for drugging, having sex with woman

McCurdy's lawyer, Edward Hatheway, told Vardaro this morning that the woman knew that McCurdy was giving her Vicodin, and that the sex was consensual ya really, when they pass out its the good Samaritan act right, that automatically gives consent.  (Mar 7, 2009 | post #10)

smiles, after reading your post,,, i cant say i have anything that would help, cracks a funny drug, your only addicted while or after your first hit,, then its a mental addiction untill you run out of money or crack, once asleep for hrs, when you awake your not wanting it because you need it, only because you like it,, i ran from a crack habit before,, i liked the buzz and thats why i did it,, once i was away from it, i didnt crave it or anything.. and that holds true for coke and meth also. now i dont have the want feeling to do any hard drugs,, i think because im 44 now and have done it all, im kinda over the wanting of the high feeling, and i never liked the come down most avoid by doing more and more, im no angel, and till this day dabble in whatever i want to dabble in, used drugs for 25 years and i like alot became mentally addicted to usen some of the drugs i did, but gettin away from them was my way of ending the habit, common scence keeps me at bay nowa days... truthfully theres nothing you could tell a crack head that would convince them to stop, its a matter of choice, and there willingness to accept not wanting the buzz,, which 98% would not want to give up. cracks one tough drug,, coke (powder) and meth are the same. my opinion is once learned to use in moderation it becomes copable to the average user.. nothing anyone ever told me made me stop,, only my own decision to stop, caused me to leave the source to end the daily intake...thus ending the (addiction-mental)  (Mar 2, 2009 | post #116)

LMAO only in erie would you see this in one news article, the city will tow the van after 48 hours. well that didnt happen code enforcement office has attempted to contact the company about cleaning up the properties -- including having the van removed and this did'nt help either i take it  (Mar 2, 2009 | post #6)

Island drug raids lead to eight being charged with illega...

republican Senator Mike Dewine is standing behind 18 year old, white skinned Manuel Bartch to stay in the country because of the ‘oopsey doopsey’ Bartch encountered after his stepfather didn’t adopt him when he came to this country on a temporary visa in 1997.  (Mar 1, 2009 | post #7)

the raids are paid for by the US government WRONG , there paid for by Americans who work all there life. Who is it that you assume is violating the laws in US government. The four things we must do are: (1). Secure our Borders. (2.) Crack down on employers that intentionally hire illegal labor. (3.) Remove all benefits such as licenses, in-state tuition, and welfare for illegal aliens. (4.) Empower local police to enforce immigration law. We can secure our borders by mounting pressure for the White House to rescind the current orders for our border patrol to only "catch and release" illegal aliens caught at the border. Mexican nationals caught entering the US should not be dropped off just across the border so they can try again the next night. They should be detained, identified, told that a 2nd crossing attempt is a felony. They should then handed over to the Mexican government to be returned to their homes. A Congressional inquiry is needed to ascertain why these insane and useless directives are in place and why most of the border sensor technology the taxpayers have paid for is not in place or operational. Under George Bush in 2004, Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued three intent letters but issued ZERO fines. The green light has been given to every business in America that they can hire illegal aliens without fear of enforcement. No American should be forced to pay for services for foreign nationals. Each state and federal elected official must know that illegal aliens should not be given licenses, in-state tuition, mortgages, bank accounts, welfare, or any other benefit short of emergency medical care and law enforcement accommodations before they are deported. The current administration in Washington is quick to point out that we are spending more than ever on border security resources. They do not like to mention the fact that over two thirds of our border patrol agents have poor morale because they are being prevented from doing the job they have been sent to do. Our goverment, state and local politicians are to blame....  (Mar 1, 2009 | post #6)

Man died of cocaine-induced heart attack

too bad cops didnt carry knock out liquid of some kind, may have saved alotta work and a life,, im sure he was skitzin from an over indulgence of coke,, it does make a person very paranoid,, then he was wresled to the ground by a van driver and held till police came which im sure was more wresling to get restrains on him,,, all because he overindulged on a drug the gov cant keep outa the country even while spending billions to do it,,,, but like most of the postes above , he was just another scummy drug taker to you all, and just another victim that didnt understand the mind over matter required to do any drugs. and it was a combination of stress and coke that killed him, coke alone would not have killed him if he didnt freak out over it all.. or the van driver freakin, or the cops freakin,,, i mean really he didnt hurt no one, he wasent being a danger to others, he needed some help that he'll never get,, i think its a shame after all the money spent on the war on drugs, theres still no education for police or help for those so called (excluding herion)addicted to a drug.  (Mar 1, 2009 | post #8)

sorry if i offended, i was born and raised in the icebox of penna, as a child in the 70's there was little to do except for the woods and craw around at night in the snow, i have seen the beauty of snow. Having moved to Albion in the 80's i went to the USN, 84 back to Albion, from 84 to 94 it was drinkin, fightin, druggin,, something of abundence in the erie/crawford county line, albion then had/has 7 bars and 3 stores. moved to SC ( my first taste of the south) my brother took me in to end a nasty **** coke habit, he was a drill instructor in the marine corp and he saved a life, in 2000 to 2005 i was in kane, bradford and albion,, durin the meth days, had braines enough to run from that too,, here in florida i know only a few ppl, family mostly and coworkers, just alota bad memorys in penna, and florida has alot to offer when near a city like tampa, jobs top the list, things to do are plentyfull year around, i guess its just more modern, something i really cherish, and a freedom from old habits and infulences. pa is pretty , but it also makes ya feel ,,, stuck there. just an opinion, to each his own.  (Mar 1, 2009 | post #109)
