I'm probably the wrong guy to be talking union or league, not being a huge follower. But yes, league has enjoyed increasing popularity, over the last 10 -15 years I guess. Just a pity the Warriors keep choking when it most counts. Typical, even in union. Not sure if this is exclusively a NZ thing, but we get ourselves all hyped as if we've already won the game. Even living in a country, it appears many people are prone to differing views of historical events, distorting facts to suit their own beliefs.
