Anyone who has ever been arrested or charged for any offense should not be allowed to win the lottery. The lottery clearly is not as simple as "you buy the winning ticket, you get the prize." These people should still be able to buy lottery tickets though. Give it a rest, he bought a ticket and won. End of story. I hope that soon another secret project will come up that promises to bring 10,000 jobs to Grand Rapids and make it an international destination. Then the city will have all the money it needs. Another way the city is losing money currently is the tax breaks given to people putting up hotels in downtown Grand Rapids.
