Not all foster homes have child molesters running them, I should know, I lived in foster homes for 3 years and most were great people who really cared about the children. Foster parents take on a lot of responsibility and do the best they can, yes there are some out there who use the system to get to the children they have no business being around, but it is no different than biological parents. I hope they get this girl into therapy very quickly so she can understand that what happened to her was just really, really wrong.
