3 stars could miss start of camp

Back to the subject, What in the Bleepity bleep bleep is wrong with Marvin? I would hope someone would have told us what was REALLY wrong with Harrison's knee. If a person has a 'bruised' knee and misses 11 games during a season, and then is not going to be ready to go at camp, i think it is safe to assume that it isn't a 'bruised' knee. Or it could be the worst bruised knee in the history of the world that will never fully heal? To call something a bruise is medically ridiculous, since a bruise is something that HEALS and it doesn't take 10 months to do so. I just wish someone from the Colts would be honest about what is wrong with Harrison.  (Feb 15, 2008 | post #6)

LOL!! Yeah...he was on one heck of a defense this year!! LOL!! Thanks for showing your stupidity! Maybe you meant to say you would take Ed Reed's goattee over bob sanders dredlocks...that would at least be an intelligent statement.  (Jan 7, 2008 | post #51)

Kravitz: The great Marvin mystery of '07 extends into the...

As for your 'injuries', how many Future Hall of Famers were out this year? Put it this way...If you lost Moss, Vrabel, and Wilfork, that would be a comparable loss that the colts had this year. With Marvin out, Freeney out, and Morris out, I will take a 13-3 record anyday...with Marvin coming back for the playoffs, we might surprise people. Here is the thing that scares me...what if the AFC championship game is in San Diego with the Chargers hosting the Jags? If you would say that to anyone right now, you would be laughed at, JUST LIKE you would have been laughed at saying at the start of the 2006 playoffs that New England would be playing Indianapolis, AND in 2005 that Pittsburgh would be playing Denver. In the last 2 playoffs, the #1 seed and the 'annointed' Super Bowl winner was knocked out in the Divisional round (Indianapolis AND San Diego). Last year, Indianapolis did what they should have done the year before, is it San Diego's turn since they were the dominate team the year before? Hmmmmm... The Jags and the Chargers are looking pretty darn good right now. It is going to be one heck of a playoff season! I just really hope that Indy plays New England. I think that is what everyone wants to see...Colts AND Pats fans included! It would be a game that would probably be rated just as high as some Super Bowls!  (Jan 3, 2008 | post #332)

Colts clinch AFC South, first-round bye with win

Nope...I would not RATHER play on the road...but the Colts have beaten the Pats the past 2 times we have been at your house. Rather be here, but want a win, no matter where it is played.  (Dec 17, 2007 | post #142)

Touche! A very good point. But how good would New England be without Moss? We don't know, we will never know, but I will take our record of 12-2 with Freeney, Morris and Harrison on the benchI am not sure where you get the crying, but that is exactly what YOU are doing. Again, if you could read, or at least remove the crab from your eyes, you may see that I have been saying, ALL ALONG, it does not matter until January. The Pats are 14-0 and they are the best in the NFL, PERIOD. Until someone beats them, if that happens, they will be the team to beat. Instead of being a kool-aid drinking leming, have an intelligent conversation and quit toeing the line of Patriot talking points. Are the pats the best in the nfl? Yes. Will they be the best ever? Very possible...and if they win the Super Bowl and go 19-0, I will be able to tell my children and grandchildren someday that I watched all of this happen at the RCA Dome during that year...same holds true if the Colts would happen to upset them in Foxborough in January and ruin their perfect season. This has been some of the best football any of us have ever witnessed, and instead of whining about calls during any game, from you or I, we should call this what it is, history in the making.  (Dec 17, 2007 | post #140)

Ok...agreed. Useless stat. Then, my statement STANDS if I would say, how many STAR players were out. FACT still remains that NONE of the Patriots were injured during this year. If you want to count Seymour, well, fine...but would you rather have Seymour or Freeney? Enough saidHere we see again, the Kool-Aid drinking Pats fan. In your mind, the only reason the Colts win is based on favorable calls, and the Patriots have NEVER had ANY favorable calls. The Patriots are the ONLY team that has won despite calls ALWAYS going against them, and FOR their opponents. Look, A**-Clown, were there some VERY questionable Pass Interference calls during the November 4th game? Yes there were. I have never disputed that. you see, I don't drink Kool-Aid, I call them as I see them. But it is interesting you mention NOTHING of the multiple holding calls the Patriots offensive line was NEVER called for during that game as well. Of course, in your slanted view, those were not holds, legitimate. And by the way, the colts won a Super Bowl by coming back from the LARGEST deficit in championship HISTORY. If your defense last year could have stopped Peyton on the last drive, or if Brady could have completed that 3rd down pass with 2 minutes and change left, you could still be saying that Peyton is a choker...instead, Peyton lead his team 80 yards in just over 1 minute to score a TD. Of course, if that would have been Brady, you would be singing the praises of a QB that is poised and is the best ever...but since it was Manning, it was all due to the refs. Your cherry kool-aid mustache is showingUh...NO. Again, wipe the kool-aid mustache off and have a conversation that people can understand. If you would read, I said it only matters HOW you play in January...not who you beat, or get beat by in NovemberWait, you just say that the tough games the Pats won 'are still W's' and then you go on to rail against the Colts because they have won some close games, JUST LIKE THE PATRIOTS. Just like you said...Philadelphi a...how much were the Pats behind them in the 2nd and 3rd quarter? Does that mean they suck? How were you behind the Ravens most of the game? Does that mean YOU suck? Again...napkin would be good here.  (Dec 17, 2007 | post #139)

Remember 2 years ago? Colts this, Colts that...Colts will win it all. Peyton breaks Marino's record, CROWN THEIR ***. Stokley/Reggie/Mar vin/Edge/Manning.. ..1st round bye...everyone healthy....OOOOOPS ! Lost in the first round...the 'under the radar' Steelers go on to win it all. Remeber last year? Chargers this, Chargers that...Chargers will win it all, LT breaks records, CROWN THEIR *** OOPS...Lost in the first round...the 'under the radar' worst rushing defense in the NFL, Colts win it all. Hmmmmm...this year? Patriots this, Patriots that Brady breaks a record?? Moss breaks a recors?? How about other records being broken? Brady/Moss/Stallwo rth/Welker/Maroney Everyone healthy....could it be another...OOOOOOOO OOPS? If I were a Patriots fan, I would sure hope that the #3 seed goes down, because the Jags look pretty darn good. I actually hope (if Indy can get by whoever we will play) the Patriots beat the Jags. I would rather play the Pats than the Jags...  (Dec 16, 2007 | post #129)

So does this statement mean that the Patriots 3 super Bowl wins are a joke since they only won those games by 3 points? Since, in your garbled mind, a "true champion destroys teams and makes a statement." New England has NEVER won a Super Bowl by more than 3 points. Pretty pathetic, huh Keith?  (Dec 16, 2007 | post #128)
