what was this guys blood/alcohol level? Was he five times, three times the "legal" limit? Or was he just at the threshold to receive a DUI? Haven't heard this information. With all of the places that serve food and alcohol; how many people could receive a DUI if they were checked on the way home? You don't have to have much to reach the current levels. Its easy to say that the accident was caused by alcohol...but could it have been more the result of cell phone usage? It seems many would like to blame alcohol and overlook the use of a cell phone while driving. (Aug 25, 2008 | post #30)

Good...about the only thing you are right about is the size of government and the lack of fiscal control. Unfortunatly, both parties have been guilty here. All you need do is read over threads like this to see the pathology of the contemporary American Left. I see more hateful comments coming from the left than anywhere else. Perhaps they should profile all criminals in America to see what their political leanings might be. I've seen comments on various topics calling for injury or harm to a conservative/Republican poster,personalities or political figures. Why no condemnation from the Liberals in are midst?
