mexican bonds trade

I have successfully closed on bond deals. I have 2 more under contract now. Havnt been able to close on any 1843 Black Eagle deal yet. We have been having a hard time between black listed sellers, counterfiet 100,000 pesos bonds and sellers that have ridiculous procedures. Best regards, Greg  (Aug 28, 2011 | post #88)

mexican bonds trade

The Mexican Government is no longer authenticating bonds as of Sept 2nd. We need to get packages on the bonds now so that they can be authenticated still. After Monday most buyer's will no longer be buying the Mexican bonds and the prices will be drop significantly. Time is of the essence if they still want to get full worth of the bond. Theres going to be allot of sad sellers out there wishing that they complied with buyers procedures and sold there bonds when they had a chance. My buyers only have 2 days to finish up the buying of Mexican bonds and have been extremely busy. The more information we give them the better chances of you getting a deal done while you still can. mexican bonds trade

Looking for 1843 Black Eagles "Face Value 20,000 pesos or higher". Bond prices will be falling after today as the Platforms will no longer be able to put any new bonds purchased up for trade. If you have a real seller that wants to get a sale in before the prices drop and the big buyers no longer want them...email me asap. I can provide a CC with one of my buyer's on request. Be sure to have a non solititation and attestation with the bond package. The more organized we are the better chances we have of getting this done before the deadline. Has anyone successfully placed Mexican Gold Bonds onto tr...

Most bond buyer's follow the rules I am about to post below. This is the reason why 99% of bond deals fail. Most so called sellers I run into do not want to comply with these and thus nothing gets gone. 1. Everyone wants to go last - Someone always has to go first in all cases it is the Seller that has to go first. 2. Upon disclosure of POP (proof of product) then the Buyer can come forward and POF (proof of funds) can be addressed once there is a transaction. 3. No one wants to break the law; therefore the Buyer will not communicate without proper documentation to include a full Compliance Package and Submission form signed by the Seller authorizing the submission of his/her bonds for purchase (will be provided once inventory is established from Seller). 4. Offers will only be addressed after Compliance documents are verified and only between Buyer and Seller. Terms of Payment will be agreed upon in contract negotiation between Buyer and Seller not before. 5. The Owner/Seller of the bonds will be required to communicate with the Buyer to transact per G7 KYC guidelines issued earlier in 2011. 6. Buyers pay the Seller/Owners and all Consultant Fees and will establish the designated Paymaster and the fees. 7. Secure need to know communication will be the basis of all Transaction steps to closing successfully! 8. Proper planning and effective communication are requirements of a mutually beneficial transaction to all involved and beyond.  (Aug 10, 2011 | post #97)

13. Genealogy for Consultant's fees. For all those involved including ONE sentence of exactly what each individual did. This must be received before a package is submitted to a Principal. 14. LTN’s – CETIP/SELIC registration (BACEN/CADEMP REPECTUADO AND VERATI - have the taxes been paid up to date. CLARIFICATION ABOUT THE DOCUMENTATION: 1) CIS - On Client letterhead; whenever possible digital signatures can be used - whenever possible the CIS should be left in Word doc format. This allows us to review and if necessary contact the client for changes that might make for a more clear presentation to the Buyer or Trader. We can then Format as a PDF for transmittal as part of the compliance package. IF - for any reason the you are unable to use digital signatures and need to sign a hard copy and scan - ALL SCANS should be done in color at 300 dpi and left in JPG format, with a minimum of one half inch margin all around the document. DO NOT CONVERT TO PDF as this often results in file sizes that are way too big. 2) Passport - This will need to be scanned. IT is mandatory that at least a one half inch, or one and a half centimeters, margin be left on all four sides of the passport. ALL SCANS should be done in color at 300 dpi and left in JPG format. DO NOT CONVERT TO PDF as this often results in file sizes that are way too big. If any doc is not converted to PDF right out of MS Word, then virtually all of these compliance docs will be scanned. ALL SCANS should be done in color at 300 dpi and left in JPG format, with a minimum of one half inch margin all around the document. DO NOT CONVERT TO PDF as this often results in file sizes way too big.  (Aug 9, 2011 | post #3)
