Looking to move to Pittsburg area

Me and my husband are currently living in northeast arkansas, where I have always lived. We are considering moving to east Texas area, perhaps Pittsburg. We found a place in Pittsburg but haven't commited to anything yet. I'd like to know how jobs are there, crime rate, etc. The most important thing is job availability. We really need to find farm work, a place to rent, until we can get on our feet. If anyone can help by way of advice, where I can find an affordable place to rent short term, job openings, etc it would be greatly appreciated.  (Oct 6, 2010 | post #1)

Looking for house to rent or mobile home to buy/move

Need a 2 bedroom. If we rent we need a place for our 3 dogs. Prefer in country, just need a place soon or we'll be homeless.  (Oct 5, 2010 | post #1)

pizza hut

It has really gone downhill...the last time I ate there the floor was nasty with food all over the place! It does seem like most of the employees goof off and corporate should be informed. Hog Wild is much better!  (Oct 5, 2010 | post #19)

Poky Pickers

There are definitely more stupid, ignorant people who reply on good threads here who have literally nothing relevant to say. If you don't have a real answer then don't even bother hard of a concept is that? Poky Pickers is just a flea market. He has all kinds of stuff. John somebody runs it, he's a nice elderly man. he had several horse tack items there when I was in there last week.  (Oct 5, 2010 | post #8)

Adult Green Iguana for sale

Freddy is about 4' long from nose to end of tail. He's probably a few years old. He's calm, likes to be petted and held. Not aggressive to people or pets. He likes sunning himself on the windowsill. Asking $250 obo. Good home only. Iguanas need certain conditions, such as warmer temps and certain food to keep them healthy.  (Sep 3, 2010 | post #1)

The big tank is $50. I'm not sure how big it is, I'd guess 50 ga or more. It has a few lights that go on top. The little one is 30.00 and comes with the filter and aerater.  (Aug 30, 2010 | post #3)

Botards bought ORC?

I believe there are plans to turn it into a drug rehab facility and Hamil Church will also be moved out there, from what I understand.  (Aug 29, 2010 | post #6)

Particulars On Maynard Renaissance Faire

I tried the link, it didn't bring up the story and I tried searching for it and didn't find anything. Where is this located? Me and my husband will probably be there. It's something new and different. Hopefully it's a success and you are able to do it next year :)  (Aug 20, 2010 | post #9)

Negroes: Too Ignorant to Succeed in Business?

I know just as many whites who are worthless as I know blacks. White trash ain't no better so you better take an awful good luck at what's going on around YOU before you judge others. Oprah(not Opera..learn to spell) takes care of an entire COUNTRY of under-priveledged people. There are many great black leaders in all industries. Why does the color of skin matter so much to people? Are you that narrow minded, and pig headed to accept them for what they are; PEOPLE. racist people make me angry. You who wish death or torture on others because they aren't like you are the true trash and the reason Arkansas has such a negative image.  (Aug 20, 2010 | post #8)
