Halloween Ghost Walk?

People judge others by assuming they share common values and morals. Your judgment of me only shows a streak of dishonesty in you. You give me far more credit than I deserve in photo and sound editing. I suck in special effects, and pretty much suck at editing in general. I couldn't recreate the first orb if I wanted to. I dare you to recreate it if you are so talented. And by the way, do you work at being a fool, or does it come naturally?  (Oct 24, 2009 | post #3)

Halloween Ghost Walk?

Hey Y'all. I'm thinking of doing a ghost walk Sat 10/31 night, around 9 or 10. How many of you would be interested? I need responses before arranging it. By the way, I have a couple of ghost videos on youtube.com. Just search for betheqt.  (Oct 23, 2009 | post #1)

Ghost Walks on Main in Quakertown starts third season

What I said was I have been credited with curing someone of hep C. That is true. There is no duct behind me. And if you didn't enjoy yourself, you should have said so. At the end, I always say, if you liked it, tell your friends. If you didn't, tell me and I'll make it up to you. I would have given you a partial refund. You didn't tell me then, so don't complain now. And yes, most of the ghosts on the walk I freely admit is left over energy.  (Jul 1, 2009 | post #11)

And that's the reason why I give it... just to entertain people. It's a bit of summer fun, a chance to walk in the cool night air, and learn a bit of local history to boot.  (Jun 30, 2009 | post #9)

Once again, I trick no one. Everyone has the capacity to speak to the dead if they believe they can. I believe I can communicate and that is what I share. Those who don't believe shouldn't attend the communication session and just stick to the walk. No one is required to purchase anything from McCoole's. They are nice enough to sponsor me and get nothing out of it except for a few who decide to eat and drink there. But it is not required. The focus should be on the two block walk where I give a valid history of the place with a few ghost stories thrown in for the fun of it. This is my summer business. I am an accredited historian with the degrees to prove it. I sense much pain around the two of you (Tom and Cara). You've been hurt badly by people and are striking out to hurt others. I could try to help you with this. However, I do understand that some need their anger, so keep it if you think it does you good. You don't have to believe in ghosts; but they surely believe in you.  (Jun 23, 2009 | post #6)

I find it amusing that people who have nothing better to do find it necessary to put down inexpensive, fun, family entertainment. The Morning Call found it to be good enough to include in their "25 things to do if you don't like Musikfest" column last year. My Mama always told me, if you can't say something nice, say nothing at all.  (Jun 23, 2009 | post #4)

Thanks. Considering that hundreds of people have gone on my walk, the percentage of happy customers outweigh the few who complain. I just wish they would complain when I could do something about it. Well, their loss.  (Jun 20, 2009 | post #18)

All tours are good for families. My first walk was with my then 6 year old granddaughter, so I fashioned it for her. If there are only adults, my comments can be a bit more graphic, but I always keep sensibilities in mind.  (Jun 19, 2009 | post #14)

Ghost on Main

Hi All, I am Beth Coulter, the Ghost Beacon, host of Ghost Walks on Main. I'm sorry to hear a few of you had less than enjoyable experiences. However, I do say at the end that if you were not satisfied, to see me and I would partially refund your money. You failed to let me know. To the spirit believer, yes, I have a Masters in American Studies and consider myself a historian. Most of the history I relate comes from oral histories that I have learned over the past 25 years in Quakertown. As far as ghost communication goes, you can believe or not. As long as you have an enjoyable evening, that is all that matters. I don't try to fake people out. I hope you check it out this summer, my third season. In deference to the economy, I've cut the price in half. More info at walksonmain.tripod .com or email [email protected] il.com  (Jun 19, 2009 | post #12)
