Malaysian has no respect for Japan

Indonesia is a paradise if you come from rich countries. Every Indonesian will more than happy to lick your ass to the degree that they don't even care if it benefits them. But sadly, when their own people ask for the same help (and perhaps give some benefits), they are no longer kind and helpful... That's why foreigners who know Indonesians usually make fool and look down on them.  (Mar 18, 2011 | post #22)

Malaysian has no respect for Japan

Indonesians adore Japan so much. Their and Japanese governments are successful in brainwash the Indonesians to think the monster of WW II into hero. In Indonesian's forums, blogs, etc, if there are positive articles about Japan, then all Indonesians will come to give hysterically applaud comments about Japan and Japanese. So, no matter hard you try to give them enlightenment about Japanese hypocrisy and war crime, it won't give any effect. They are simply stupid islanders who love foreigners and hate themselves.  (Mar 18, 2011 | post #21)

Tokyo Electric to Build US Nuclear Plants

Americans look really stupid in this thread. No wonder you can easily fooled by Bush and Cheney, and religions.  (Mar 15, 2011 | post #32)

Japanese universities hit over cheating

There are also many corruptions in Japanese universities. Some professors collect monthly money from the students in their lab. When JAL still operates, all business trips apparently must use JAL, and the ticket price can be 2-4 times higher than other airlines.  (Mar 6, 2011 | post #2)

Japanese universities hit over cheating

Don't be so hard to the students. Even professors in Japanese universities have many scandals. One of the cases is around 9 professors received gift money from their Doctoral students. What makes this case especially interesting is no professors being fired for this misconduct. While in the same time, German professors who did the same thing were fired.  (Mar 6, 2011 | post #1)

Suicide in Japan

But recently, I must admit that this tendency is found everywhere. May be as human, we are doomed to be destructive. So, what important is to realize that listening to others problems is an important social activity. You can make friends, strengthen your social circle and also can reduce your own stress by listening to other people problems.  (Mar 5, 2011 | post #4)

Suicide in Japan

"Meiwaku kaketakunai" - I don't want to disturb anyone.... I hate this kind of thinking. In my place, when we have problem, we used to say it loudly to all people we know. Then all come try to give suggestions, or real help if they can. So, the stress can be reduced greatly. Even if no one can give you real help, at least they will pass you suggestion or information that can solve your problems. In Japan, if you are in trouble, everyone will keep their distance from you. Actually, you cannot have personal problem here. When you do, no one will come near you forever (even though you can solve the problem in the end). So, you will be isolated, the only way to fix your life is to move to other place to start from the beginning.  (Mar 5, 2011 | post #3)

Kansai alliance and decentralization in Japan

@Johnny, that was a good excerpt. Tokyoites are dry, bureaucratic, hierarchical, and feudal. Atmosphere there is sucking your life, and can potentially turn your soul into half-zombie controlled by nonsensical conformity rules.  (Feb 25, 2011 | post #3)

Kansai alliance and decentralization in Japan

Japan needs decentralization. Right now, everyone wants to live and work at Tokyo. Cultures, influence, politics, everything are centralized at Tokyo. Everyone acts, speaks, and behaves like Tokyoites. So boring and backwards.  (Feb 24, 2011 | post #1)

Japan`s hypocrites

@Dah Yeah, Japanese can be really disturbing and disgusting. Actually, they are more knowledgeable about their own behavior than us. But, since in Japan what important is the outer part, they just put effort on cosmetically improving how they look and dressed. So, in general Japanese people look much more sophisticated than any people on earth. And in the same time, they have the worst souls on earth.  (Feb 16, 2011 | post #14)

Japan`s hypocrites

yeah, there are too many routines and rituals, almost no real thing is done unless you work at a start up company. there are too many adults with serious emotional control problem. these guys create communication barriers, and thus the company no longer as productive as they could be.  (Feb 14, 2011 | post #8)

Japan`s hypocrites

And perhaps, it will be better if a real stupid leads an organisation because he will create a stir, and a counter measurement can be taken to fix the mismanagement much faster.  (Feb 9, 2011 | post #4)

Japan`s hypocrites

There are serious human resource management problems in Japan. In short, so many less capable persons on the top solely because of seniority. And because generally you cannot outsmart your seniors, performance of an organisation is limited to the capability of those on the top. These problems are more serious than it seems, since the less capable persons are not really stupid, they simply cannot deliver the best possible performances. The longer the organisation on this state, the less competitive it will. As can be seen, this is exactly what happened in Japan right now.  (Feb 9, 2011 | post #3)

Chinese so much better than any Japanese of today

@real truth, I'm not interested in your Chinese claim, since it's misleading imo. But, I believe your statement about Japanese is the result of many years interacting with Japanese. And mostly, I agree with you.  (Feb 3, 2011 | post #3)
