Well…..I don't know about him being gone …you see … he promised not to contact us back on page 26 and has not stopped until this last ultimatum... I wonder who will be the next liar. I agree with you let’s move on as a united group, based on unity and not on who is going to lead, because you see…. when you have a leader or even a self appointed leader this person can and…… usually does lead you on his agenda…. and this may not be in the groups interest as a whole. I have not posted in a while because I decided not to post because of your condescending…., “you are going about it the wrong way”……. and the “I know more than you attitude”….. So here goes…. Are you kidding?? 1. First you get everyone upset by saying we are doing things the wrong way, 2. Than you challenge what other people are actually doing , 3. Than you demanded to know the names and Tel # of who they spoke to, indicating these people were lying Does anyone see a pattern here ???? 4. Than you claimed to have the answers ... 5. Than you say you involved the FBI, .... 6. Than you get everyone involved to meet .... 7. Than you state that we are under attack from within 8. Than you tell people that this Adam person is lying .... OOPS there’s that pesky pattern again 9.. AND after all of that you cancel the meeting, a meeting that you have been pushing so hard to happen….. BUT …than provide us with an ominous warning to be careful because it may not be safe... WOW! Why…… I think you just…Divided, Conquered and frightened everyone, was that your intention, I think so. HUMMMMMMMMM , how about you……well you know what I am wondering ……. Are you the one from “Within” the group of which you speak…..are you the one everyone should be careful about!!!! So I guess I was right in ignoring what you have to say …. And so should everyone else going forward. I don't think that anyone should call this Don Keller, because he is taking the names and dates that we call and will tell the TC and any judges that they offered us an attractive alternative (which will prove be more lies). I say that if it was that good why they have not tried to get in touch with everyone about this great offer….. so let them get in touch with us by mail (could end up being mail fraud) by using their money and time and we respond with the same courtesy they gave us "None" ... just to keep them guessing as to what is next.  (Mar 6, 2007 | post #575)

No!! Dumb is getting them arrested and having the property seized and become our property. ARE YOU KIDDING, let's look at it.... if they are arrested and the assets seized... what assets…they already covered up the $15,000,000.00 that no one can find, what do you expect to recover? Who would you arrest ... They are constantly changing people and companies as owners and each blaming each other …and “OH YEA” yes “Lets have the property declared “our property”, NOW that's an even brighter Idea, since we can not seem to get the current owners to repair the property, let's give the town, some new people to go after and one’s who do not have multiple lawyers and shell corporations to shield them… Let’s see who could that be..... WHY ..yes… let's give it to the timeshare owners who already have their money stolen once …. And while we are at get them to pay to repair the place and steal it a second time .....NOW ..”Who” would we get to pay for the repairs to the place ...hummm …. why the newly declared owners …."US" talk about DUMB" ever hear of a mirror …Get Real Dumb  (Mar 3, 2007 | post #512)

Robin.... my wife and I are planning to go to the "Resort" this Sunday afternoon with our original papers which say we have the right to inspect our unit at any time. as long as we give notice (I have requested it, but as usual. not been able to get anyone to call me back to schedule it ) along with the floor plan and assigned unit #, to see if we can look at our originally purchased timeshare unit and find out if our maintenance fees have indeed been used to upgrade the unit since 1999 (we do know the answer already.. by hey ,I might be able to get some pictures of it) as well as take any additional pictures of the inside if possible, should anything stand out that has not already been seen before, if so I will try to have these enlarged and put on foam boards, so that we can present them to the council at the meeting on the 12th. There is something else that I have been wondering about...and that is...the amount of owners vs. timeshares...Does anybody have a list of owners and units # purchased and do any units have more than the so called 50 MAX owners we were told could purchase each unit, this was to allow 2 weeks for unit upgrades. if nobody has, if everyone would send me there unit # (No names needed) I will make an Excel file to track the total purchased units vs. purchasers and see if it matches...or if they sold more than the 50 which would make impossible for all purchasers to use it in any one year, which would mean that some purchaser would have been fraudulently sold a unit over the 50 weeks ...Humm  (Mar 1, 2007 | post #478)
