So, since I'm paying into my Social Security now does this mean that I should be able to use the money now? I'd really like to have that money now instead of waiting another 30 years of so. We can't always have our cake and eat it to. They choose not to put their children into Public Schools for one reason or another, so if they want to be able to use our schools systems and get the classes that they're not able to get as a Home Schooler than they need to be enrolled full time at that school. I graduated nearly 20 years ago and don't have children, so does this mean that I should be able uses the schools and take classes once again just because I want to take something that I didn't have when I was a kid in school, I THINK NOT!!!!!@  (May 4, 2007 | post #322)

I agree with the person who you've replied about. I had a young man who worked for me, when he left for college he was put on probation because he drank and partied too much for him to complete his classes his Freshman year.  (May 4, 2007 | post #321)

I tend to agree with the statement you replied to for the most part. I do know and have worked many Home Schooled kids and the majority of them are socially inverted.  (May 4, 2007 | post #164)

Home schooling is a good thing, but what about the social skills they lack when they get into High School. I have seen it time and time again, they don't know how to socialize that well with kids their own age. Let them be Home Schooled up until the age where they're able to go to a actual High School. There are choices.  (May 4, 2007 | post #159)

Way to go Indiana Court of Appeals, I take me hat off to you. I believe that Home Schooling is a good thing but, only for those who are not in High School. I have been around many kids that are Home Schooled and they seem to lack the the social skills when it comes to being around kids their own age. I know for sure that when they hit college, WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!! Now as far as Brownburg, they did the right thing. We are living in a time that we can sue anybody for anything, this has got to stop. If these people want their kids to take classes that the Home School Association can't teach or have the means for these classes, then maybe they need to reconsider Home School High School and enroll them in a good school that will offer them these classes.  (May 4, 2007 | post #82)

ACLU sues state over 'God' plates

Give me a fricken break, the ACLU and it's supporters is one of the main reasons we have so many problems in our country. I wish with someone should sue the ACLU over their stupidity.  (Apr 23, 2007 | post #1196)

Rokita apologizes for slavery remark

Here's a general question, why is it OK for the black community to call each other ni double g er, nappa hoe and other slang offensive remakes, but when a white person uses it in some fashion its wrong? Now I agree that we all need to be mindful of what we say, but why does the black community get bent so out of shape when they call each other far much worse? Bill Cosby hits the nail on the head every time, when he say that black community brings it on themselves.  (Apr 16, 2007 | post #257)
