Even your examples are based on only your perception. I highly doubt the people you talk would hold up to any scientific validity of a random sampling. For one people tend to congregate with like minds. And your daily travel through town would also not be scientifically valid. This forum would not even be close to valid. What do you consider Western New York? I would rather take our variations than their higher prices. I looked at gasbuddy.com and the prices in Buffalo and Syracuse have been 15-20 cents higher for most fo the last 6 months. About every 3 months they come together, and than ours drop again.
