PLEASE!!! While you point is somewhat well taken, YOU are REALLY missing the point! What you get with the Disney "experience " is a safe, well maintained ride with a (and get this) an english speaking bus driver who wears a uniform, doesn't smell like he hasn't taken a shower in 3 years and you aren't subjected to "gangsta rap" in the back of a smelly cab. And if you are SOMEHOW mistaken thinking that because people enter the Disney Compound, they are not going to venture out to other destinations, THINK AGAIN! The people you speak of WANT to spend ALl their money on Disney's property and they are families who aren't going to gather up the "todlers " and diaper bags and head off to Universal for the night! They are taking the "all inclusive" package idea, which is how its SUPPOSED to be AND WANTED! On the other hand, whenever we went to Disney when I lived in Ft Lauderdale, We took a cab over to Universal, which was nicer because after dinner and drinks, the cab was a safer ride back to Disney. All we have here is a group of lazy, slipshod losers, comparable to a bunch of fat housewives laying around complaining about how "skinny and sickly looking" the waitresses at their favorite restaurant are. SECRETLY, they want to be that way but its a lot easier to be lazy and expect great rewards for no work. Disney should be commended, not chastized.  (Feb 21, 2008 | post #25)

This is actually a twofold problem, The average person cannot get approved for loans on houses that are insanely priced whereas one million dollar homes were just hovering in the $500 thousands just a few years ago as well as the fact that people who did buy the houses a few years ago that were hovering in the $500 thousands won't bring themselves to accept anything less than a million dollars.
