Look, IF it's a FREE/Condiment: It's on the Table. When you send the waitstaff to fetch you some BabyBatter #9 or whatever, expect to pay. BTW- as a front end manager, you should appreciate an employee charging the $.50. If the customer has an issue with it and won't come back, then perhaps that NON-Profitable customer should go to Burger King and enjoy their $.99 burgers. Their cost structure can handle the free mayo. Look, I give away free mayo all the time. I charge people when I am busy (ie taking time from other customers) or if the person is rude.  (Jan 7, 2011 | post #303)

All we are saying people like you should: 1) Stay Home or 2) Go to McDonalds!...for 20%, I will not KISS a rude customer's **** ...as you and "Mr.I AM KING CUSTOMER" are suggesting. Actually MORON, you'd be surprised what I do for a LIVING (Quite sure I make more than you, too)...AND I part-time work in the service industry for the fun of it and meeting new people (Not to mention I have GREAT CUSTOMERS). Next time ask yourself: Do I like good service? You'll have to pay for it. That's right, you PAY FOR service. And here's the shocker: We good Bartenders/ Servers know who YOU self important, cheap BA staRds are! The Gov't should make you wear flair...a nice armband that seyz "Cheap BA Stard" for the whole world to see.
