Victim in fatal collision on Interstate 35W identified

Good thing the other driver was driving a F-650...nothing like lots of metal around you to keep you safe from the drunks.  (Feb 26, 2009 | post #1)

What this means is they have to go back to the drawing board to try to find a way to put lipstick on this pork... I agree. There are some things better done in the private sector, and government shouldn't try to compete with.  (Feb 26, 2009 | post #5)

I make the big bucks...in my vehicles I just have to hit a button. As a matter of fact, the side windows roll down, the back window rolls down, and the sunroof rolls back, all at a push of a button.  (Feb 26, 2009 | post #29)

Take the train...you won't need to worry about it... Out here in the 'burbs, they plow after any snowfall. No worry about parked cars. Lots of off street parking!  (Feb 25, 2009 | post #57)

Ice-fishing winner disqualifies self

Could you give us your "well-documen ted" scientific source? I would imagine that it has been "peer reviewed also"... As man got the ability for tools, he has relied on animals more for food. It is the only way to sustain the growths of population that have occured over history. Even in our gathering phase (farming & agriculture), man has relied on domesticated animals for survival. I for one, have no objection to catching fish for supper. I prefer them filleted, so I don't have to deal with the bones.  (Feb 25, 2009 | post #76)

But if they keep running the story enough, the sheeple will start to believe it... Been there and done that several times with these bans/tax increases(oops, I mean fee increases). Folks, just because a story is repeated doesn't make it true.  (Feb 25, 2009 | post #59)

They're bankrupt for gosh sakes... What is it going to help "retaining " employees? Save the money for the creditors.  (Feb 25, 2009 | post #3)

You get what you pay for. Tell the people who were tagged and towed for parking LEGALLY that it was cheaper...bet they appreciate it. And I agree. 1 foot is the minimum for a "major" snowstorm. Anything less is a nuisance.  (Feb 25, 2009 | post #35)

Will St. Paul be using the same contract taggers as their last snow emergency? Or will we get true public employees? Maybe the mayor could pick up a book of tickets and help out.  (Feb 25, 2009 | post #23)

Divide and conquer, right Bob? It is a free country, and you don't know who might be moving to Minnesota in the future. Therefore, they should be included in the discussion. Free speech.  (Feb 25, 2009 | post #19)
