Misdemeanor charges and he could have killed someone but smoke pot in your apartment and sell a bit of it to your buddy and get a felony. Alcohol is rotten and evil and is the worst drug out there. Just way to many addicted to it to make it against the law. I challenge anyone to come up with a story like this when the driver was high! Best of luck finding them. Drunks are a major danger to society. Alcohol should ba against the law. Maybe the cops should blow a hole in his chest. Might save someones life someday. Alcohol kills, pot doesnt bottom line!!! Most likely alcohol related as are most violent crimes! Nexttime any of you hear of a pothead assulting someone or going on some type of rampage let me know ok. Best of luck finding such a story. Pot head kills another driver while driving high. Let me know if you find one of thoses also! I think cops should wait right outside bars and give everyone a breathalizer who leaves the bar, drinking isnt against the law but drinking and driving is.
