Oddly, none of what these women state was proved in court; quite the contrary. And the investigators to prove wrongful conviction hadn't found anyone with anything good to say about the man. Down to assisting his toy girl to getting an apartment in town, because of the authorities reminding them that he's not allowed around children and threatened to take the children from her. So happened her former was getting out of jail (Bills trail took too long). She and the kids moved in and he was returned to jail for being with a minor. Back to Bills and the children were shortly removed by authorities again. The investigators can not make a case of wrongful conviction. Doubt it looks well on the board that one of you would claim shame on you having an affair with a married man when you yourself are married, yet it was find for the married man (Billy) to leave his wife for Shelly (her own admission in previous post). Her reputation isn't too good, nor her children. Why the daughter has since had a son and paternity was in question. Yet (baby's dad's family reports) the girl hoped it was another's who is an adult male. The kids have much more to say which sounds much like that group in Texas. tacosta I've seen those documents and they don't state what you claim they state. (Which was also shown to be so in court). Don't poke fun at my spelling of boyz as it's not ghetto, it's educated to a hillbilly. Oddly for placing people in places your IP is Erie, PA yet you state your in Canton, OH! (are you visiting the brother who pled guilty to child molestation in WI, now that he's moved down to OH after foreclosure on his home in WI)? Your claim that everyone wanted your brother is an old tactic of your family. I recall your brother playing such lines also. Truth is he would get angry when disagreed with. When he was passing those documents about for people to look at, he'd also comment that he's so large he'd have hurt those girls had he done it. I recall the look on his face when I told him that is not true. (reminding him of the 18 month old infant in Texas who lived after undisclosed surgeries). Further, in court the experts had shown that your continued arguement of no evidence is moot. The excuse of the cars for not taking a child to the hospital is a sorry attempt of showing how good your family is. When a woman has small children, two being under 5 or so and one is ill, the mother ends up to the hospital with ALL the children. Even with the one, don't you think it would have been nice to have support or even assistance with the healthy children? Nice family, as they couldn't bother as they live across the road! But no, your family would not. I'm not the only person who had heard your mother calling her grandchildren liars on this point. She never said anything when her son had his girlfriends children living with him while on bond, either time! Didn't anyone tell him that to look innocent he should act innocent? Twice those children were removed from their mother because she had her daughters around your brother. It would seem any man who was innocent would have lived beyond reproach while on bond. Three Arrested In Harrison Drug Investigation
Article says that the sheriff was working on this for a month in New Rumley. Oddly enough one of his sub-dealers just down the road from New Rumley had been searched under warrant in the past, although no follow up on this. The fellow from New Rumley had often been seen 'visiting' down the road at this fellows house all through the past year. Could it be more odd, that yearly at a picnic/camping weekend party no sheriff involvement is found. Yet many drugs would be found there and I'd have no doubt many people with rap sheets if not outstanding warrants. (Feb 3, 2008 | post #1)

Teresa, It would seem you think I am someone else (from other postings), you sound a bit paranoid. I think it's odd that you post about someone trying to get with a married man who is married herself (although the woman you think of isn't married but living with her former husband); when your own brother having been married at the time was cheating on his wife. You preach with a pointing finger. I am not putting things out there, it's been on the news: video footage of the initial report after the boy was released from hospital was taken at the girlfriends home where the boy has been residing ever since. Teresa, I am not Jamie G. Although I have no doubt there is no love lost there; as she is as unsavory a character as her husband and JR n clan. For JR and Robert (Jamie's husband) to pass your parents place, they were one road up from JR's road, so there was a distance of following. Readers FYI: this is not in the town of Jewett although the mailing address is of Jewett. This is a rural gravel road in which the curving hill is hazardous in winter sometimes in fair weather also. The reason the 'deer' was not mentioned in a police report is because Robert and JR were butchering deer prior to driving past your parents road. They were dumping the skin/head of the butchered deer; why on your parents road I don't see a reason for it as there are many places along his own road he could do so. Personally, I think they took a side trip to antagonize. Every local here knows JR goes no where unless in the company of another man for 'some reason'. I think personal protection. Rarely does he leave the immediate area of his home; unless poaching off his neighbors. (Feb 3, 2008 | post #7)

Here is an update. Word is the mother is thinking of suing the school and county (sheriff) because the alleged attacker had a restraining order in place (he was not to be near his former girlfriend). It is further rumored that the mother doesn't ever want to see her son again after the surgeries are done. Of course this boy is still living at the home of his girlfriend. (well the girlfriends mother's house as both are underage). Rumor is there are a number of pomeranian dogs living in that house. Although it's sounds much better than the boys own mother's home. They have two trailers (one tagged long ago for non payment) and were left to live in their run down barn and carry a bucket to the edge of the woods. Hence the other trailer was brought in. One can see their sewage in the front yard as this trailer isn't adequately hooked up. Just recently the boy's mother was stopped by the police and discovered to be driving without a license. I suppose they stopped her for a tail light being out as it is still out as of today when she was seen driving down the road. (Dec 2, 2007 | post #2)
