Child rapist gets a free pass!!

This is one you won't hear about in the papers or on the news. But there is a man living in Oakdale who violently raped his own 13 year old daughter while his wife was in the hospital having surgery. When the girl was given an examination it showed that she had severe scarring from this rape. This man was never arrested. He got to ride around town, go out to eat, and enjoy his freedom, while this child was seperated from her brother and sister and placed in a foster home where she still is. Recently this man went to court for these charges (yes, he was charged, but never arrested; never had to post bail, just had to agree to show up in court). During court he was allowed to plead to some lower charge which will not require him to do any time or even have to register as a sex offender.  (Jun 6, 2009 | post #1)

busterboy: I agree. Oakdale may not be perfect, but it is home. I have great memories just as I have sad memories from Oakdale. And anyone who says that they only have great memories of their hometown (and absolutely no bad ones) is a liar. No place on this earth is perfect.
