Dodge Caravan = Most Reliable Vehicle

Here's a little nugget: the Dodge Caravan, not generally a high profile player, has been judged the Most Reliable Vehicle in its class by JD Power and Associates. (http://www.drivin esearch-car/news/D odge+Caravan+named +most+dependable+P ower+review/140627 9/story.html) This is a pretty good accomplishment for the Dodge folks, as this workhorse minivan is used by families all over who rely on it day in day out for the mundane schlepping that fills their lives. According to Facebook Maple Ridge Chrysler in town here has 9 in stock.  (Jun 28, 2010 | post #1)

Car Industry Looking Better

I realize this story is ostensibly about Oshawa, out east. However, the Canadian car industry stabilizing is good for the economy of the whole country. (http://www.drivin rosperity+drives+b ack+Oshawa/3195419 /story.html)  (Jun 28, 2010 | post #1)

I see a lot of TDI's on the road; they look good! Never driven one, though. I'm pretty sure the folks at fo/dealers/Maple%2 0Ridge%20Volkswage n/index.html can get you a good deal, as you mention.  (Jun 21, 2010 | post #2)

Rise in Canadian - honour killings' should not be ignored...

These kind of tragedies are terrible for everyone. I wish that everyone could be more tolerant of things that they don't necessarily like. A given website, for example, fo/dealers/Maple%2 0Ridge%20Chrysler/ index.html might not be your cup of tea, but that doesn't mean you ought to be upset about seeing a link to it.  (Jun 21, 2010 | post #2)

Shoppers Drug Mart Information.

It is important for local businesses to listen to their customers. For example, http://autodistrib Maple%20Ridge%20Ch rysler/index.html I've spoken with folks here and gotten the impression they're very much tuned into what customers say. After all, being sensitive to customer opinions is the only way to succeed. I suppose you can't automatically do everything everyone suggests, but at least honestly listening is important.  (Jun 21, 2010 | post #3)

Hold a fire hose at annual Webster's Corners Days

Sounds like fun. I know Maple Ridge Chrysler just had a big event this last weekend with dunk tanks and all sorts of fun. These kind of things are good for the community, giving citizens a fun activity and something to do. See http://mapleridgec hrysler.posterous. com/  (Jun 21, 2010 | post #1)

Question for white men? do you just use black women as a ...

Women from every ethnic/racial group can be attractive to men from every ethnic/racial group-- and vice versa. More and more interracial relationships are happening all the time. I think that's great! Some individuals might have unhealthy or twisted reasons to be attracted to some other individuals, but in general I think you need look no further than simple biology: boys and girls tend to get together.  (Jun 21, 2010 | post #277)

Prove there's a god.

Weak. Prove there is a 'you'. Or anyone. Can't be done. The concept of "proof" itself masquerades as being an objective measure of something. In fact it is only subjective, as is everything humanity is involved with. There is no 'view from nowhere' at which we can take a position which allows us to view anything absolutely. This does not mean for a moment that there is no being who cannot be objective; just that we can never 'proove' anything beyond _any_ doubt. Every 'proof' demands that sooner or later the examiner choose to accept or reject evidence as being sufficient (or insufficient.)  (Jun 21, 2010 | post #157039)
