Stutzman proposes concealed weapon law

I am not a liar. You can certainly jump to conclusions. To my IN permit add my AZ permit, then add my UT permit. Then see what is left. http://www.handgun law.us/LicMaps/ccw map.php So as you can see I have a clear majority of states I am welcome in.  (Feb 9, 2013 | post #66)

Again, convicted or accused? Expunged or dropped charges? GZ and FL aren't the topic. FL is but 1/49th of the topic. You can't count DC & IL as they don't issue CCW/CHL.  (Feb 9, 2013 | post #65)

Apparently, there isn't one or you would have quoted it.  (Feb 9, 2013 | post #64)

The vast majority of them do. I had to jump through the required hoops to get a couple of non-resident permits, anywhere I would want to go I can without any problems. New England, Illinois and Taxifornia are the only places I can't carry. A big problem, for legal owners, is the states that think Title 18's safe passage provision is a suggestion.  (Feb 9, 2013 | post #60)

You bring up GZ and then get testy when you are called out? Priceless!  (Feb 9, 2013 | post #59)

Then why did you bring up sentencing judges and GZ?  (Feb 9, 2013 | post #57)

But the sentencing judge doesn't issue gun permits. Normally the state law enforcement agency issues them. They understand that an expunged record is not a disqualifying factor. The question with respect to GZ was were the charges dropped or expunge. The topic of this thread is national reciprocity of CCW/CHL, you can't get off of the GZ path for some reason (and your time proven 3rd grade debate tactics).  (Feb 8, 2013 | post #39)

You need to explain your dodge & swirl. Are you talking about my trying to keep you focused on this thread? There are plenty of GZ threads out there. I have yet to insist not talking about firearms.  (Feb 8, 2013 | post #37)

And this has what to do with national reciprocity?  (Feb 8, 2013 | post #35)

Again your reading comprehension skills being substandard is showing. I stated that since no gun charges were filed agains GZ he was carrying legally. The context being - you are calling him a pedophile - no convictions or permit would be revoked. You said he was arrested for domestic battery - no convictions or permit would be revoked. You said he assaulted a police officer - no convictions or permit would be revoked. I think everyone else reading it gets it. Are you one of those "the whole world is wrong and I am right" people?  (Feb 8, 2013 | post #33)

Reread the definition of expunged.  (Feb 8, 2013 | post #23)

Did I say GZ was charged with a weapon crime? Again, reading comprehension is a wonderful thing. You keep refering to him as a pedophile. Can you cite a conviction?  (Feb 8, 2013 | post #22)
