i'm sorry but i can't for the life of me understand why they let her take up 45 minutes of valuable court time. i'm in the conflicted opinion that i am against capital punishment but not opposed to any given execution. i've seen too many ambitious prosecutors act like big game hunters posing next to their kills just to get their faces in the news. texas has executed more inmates later found innocent of the crimes they were accused than you count on both hands. they still will fight the examination of dna evidence in many of these cases because, well, the man's life just just isn't important as the public relations nightmare a wrongful conviction will cause. all that having been said, i'd gladly flip the switch on this fetid scum, this joseph lukas.  (Apr 1, 2009 | post #104)
