Indeed many have discovered how outsourcing is a great means of income. Hence it can't be helped if countries such as the Philippines has citizens relying on this. And for outsourcing in US, I don't think US would bother to compete in this kind of field, wait I think it is somehow possible for US to be involved in outsourcing but not towards their country but outsourcing with other countries with less labor and less taxes.
