OxyContin, Roxicodone, Oxycodone (generic)

Watson ABG's

I was given watson's at Walgreen's recently. I don't like them and went to Osco's the next time and had them order malinkroff's which I do better with. They now keep a supply of malinkroff's just for me.  (Oct 13, 2007 | post #2)

Miralax works well for me. It can be purchased over the counter.  (Aug 31, 2007 | post #12)

opana instead of oxycodone

To chinese junk: Thanks for the reply. I guess I will just keep on taking oxycodone. The alternative doesn't sound too good. To kydrby4ever: Sorry if I felt offended. To ABd45: Please post using your own comments, not someone else's.  (Jul 22, 2007 | post #11)

opana instead of oxycodone

Why don't you guys post your own comments instead of attaching to someone else's post. There's 3 comments here and none of them has anything to do with my original question.  (Jul 21, 2007 | post #6)

opana instead of oxycodone

I've been on oxycodone 10/325, 5 a day for a long time now because of degenerative back disease. My primary care dr. recently asked if I had ever been on opana. I haven't. He suggested I ask my pain dr. about it and see about switching to it. Which is better for my condition and what would be the possible dosage if I switched to opana?  (Jul 21, 2007 | post #1)

oxycodone and drug tests

I feel for you. I went thru every pain med that has ever been made. The patch 'fenatyl', not sure of spelling made me feel like a zombie. Morphine and some anti-inflammatory drug, don't remember name, helped more that anything, but couldn't pee. Other things didn't help or had bad side effects. Finally settled on oxycodone, 2 10/325 when I get up, another 2 around 2pm. and finally 1 when I go to bed. It's not the best thing in the world, but makes life manageable.  (Jul 15, 2007 | post #12)

I have info, why do you take so many low dose pills and isn't that much acetamenaphine?(ap ap) harmful?? Why not take higher doses and less pills spread out to lessen the amount of apap? I take 5 10/325 pills a day for back pain.  (Jul 14, 2007 | post #10)

Which brand of generic Oxycodone is best?

Actually I've found that the ones by mallinckrodt are better for me. I got some mfd by watson last time and they did not help me at all. You can request the pharmacist special order for you. I got mine special ordered from Osco last time and they were in the next day.  (Jun 30, 2007 | post #6)

need a doc in phx

gilbert, try the "Pain Center of Arizona". They have several Drs., but I'm assuming you have a legitimate reason for needing this. Don't think they are going to write a script unless you really need it.  (Jun 30, 2007 | post #2)

oxycodone by different manufacturers

I have been taking oxycodone for a bad back for quite some time now. It's prescribed as percocets, but I get the generics. My prescription is for 10/325 tablets. My question is has anyone ever taken these pills by Mallinckrodt and then by watson? I had been on the Mallinckrodt for a long time and did well, but the last time I had it filled, they gave me ones from Watson. These did not do a thing for my pain, but according to the manufacturer's sites, they are the same. Has this happened to others? I'm wondering if it's the medicine or has my back just gotten worse? I see my pain Dr. in a few days, and was trying to get as much info as I can. thanks.  (Jun 26, 2007 | post #1)
