wordtothewiseguy: I finally got an email from SP regarding an order I placed... I kept emailing them... then finally got a "dispatch " notice on Friday. Package is on the way. Sisue Pod... some of us had the same issue last week, but have finally received our orders... they just never communicated with anyone. ArkGuy, welcome to the club! Seems that many of us have used them for some time with no problems, until last week, when orders were placed with no shipping info. I understand they moved... maybe they were not quite ready to go back online, needed the cash flow, then did anyways...? Who knows, but no one received communication from them about the delays in shipping, and it's just plain bad business practice in an online world to NOT respond to emails. Update...just picked up my held package at the FedEx depot...2 small extra "items" in the box...I must say I would rather have had an email from them explaining that they were behind or whatever...! This is a full 8 days after I ordered with 2nd Day FedEx delivery...blatant disregard for the customers who are keeping them in business. DrWang, I think all you have to do is go to your profile and "enable" private messaging... and then you'll have an envelope appear next to your name to accept private messages... In the meantime, and update: my shipping info has updated to say that delivery is in progress, i.e., en route. A full WEEK after I asked it to be shipped. Now I ask you: Why did I pay for 2nd Day delivery when I could have gone with Priority Mail? Duh. PQ has burned their bridges with some of us, I'm sure. Dick Wang...some of us have received shipment initiation info, so we are waiting to see what happens... if that helps you decide. I don't know that I'd worry about trying to get my money back... it's a legitimate transaction and you don't have to tell the CCC what it's for... just that you want your money back!  (Mar 11, 2013 | post #8)
