Comment on our Daily Breeze poll question

Waste of time and money, the police officers wouldn't even get the races correct in the first place. Why does it even matter?  (Mar 21, 2010 | post #15)

Ex-gang members part of LAX eatery bid

People need to pass a background check to work at LAX. How is this restaurant even possible to hire their workers with questionable backgrounds??  (Jan 31, 2010 | post #34)

Thanks, Lot B, it's been swell!

Reporters got it wrong again. Lot E will the ONLY employee lot! Lots D South and North will be closed as well after they tried to charge employees $124 a month during a recession. Nobody agreed to pay, so off to the E lot we go. Greed from the L.A. city council should be the heading of this story.  (Jan 7, 2010 | post #1)

Lakers fans show their colors

Why do we need the Lakers to feel good about something? I thought everybody was still overwhelmed with joy when Obama won the White House. Looks like things are just getting worse.  (Jun 7, 2009 | post #1)

Wall Street drifts on unemployment data

Gas going up, unemployment is higher, jobs are still lost even though pace is down. This is suppose to be a glimmer of hope? I don't beleive the state-run media and our hypocrite pres. B.O. Where are all the jobs B.O. said he would create?  (Jun 6, 2009 | post #1)

`Yes' on Props. 1A, 1B

I'm voting NO all props. I wouldn't even pay .25 cents for this liberal "fish wrap" of a newspaper. Every politician from Calif. are self-enriching **** . The tax revolt is on and I hope everybody votes NO on all 6 propositions.  (May 11, 2009 | post #15)

County, state jobless figures hit high

Let's see, the "Governator " Arnold raise our sales taxes, and now want's to hire over 1,000 people to handle state unemployment claims. Mabey if the darn taxes were lower more people would have a job! Of course who am I to say, other than the fact I'm a **** -off tax payer.  (Apr 18, 2009 | post #2)

State jobless rate hits 10.5%

I not only agree with Bill, but after April 1st, I'll be shopping online more to avoid the Ca. rip-off sales tax increase. Most people I know won't buy a new car anytime time soon either. I'm sure more job losses for Calif. are ahead.  (Mar 20, 2009 | post #5)

Port of L.A. traffic falls by a third

What does Janice Hahn have to with the fact that Americans are buying less stuff from China. The port is driven by retail sales, not local city council members. Save your money because soon you'll be paying a ton more in taxes for those moroons in the State Capital.  (Mar 17, 2009 | post #3)

Port crews lag on ID card

Got my TWIC, but now there is no work on the docks! Being a casual-longshoreman means waiting for no work, and falling in love with your day-job. 2008, what a mess!!  (Dec 20, 2008 | post #1)
