I would agree to put it to a vote only if all civil rights were put to a vote. You can't really call equality equality if a larger group gets to determine the rights of a smaller group. My point is that you have proven you have little knowledge of what is actually in the bible and are hard pressed to prove any of your points because of it. I'm not sure you can be all the sure about what God said about homosexuals. The concept of orientation did not exist during the time the bible was written and there was no word for homosexuality. As a matter of fact my family bible published in 1803 has no mention of homosexuality. So perhaps the church has the right idea.  (Nov 11, 2009 | post #9)
