Best BBQ in Jax?

Oh I know Cottons, I been eating there since day one. Jenkins I have a problem with because I used to work down from the one on Old Kings, sometime the food from there was debatable. (and questionable!) Most so called BBQ today is just roasted or grilled meat, then they give you something that looks like ketchup for sauce to pour on so it will have some kinda taste.
