Pay attention to what Beck does on his chalk board and then do some research on what he says and you might just find that he is right, big bussiness and special interst groups are in fact running this country. Well we have founf somthing we can agree on. I to am a Independent,I do not have a inside view of waht goes on in Washington and never said that being in the healthcare industary gave me a inside look. I do belive that the liberal ideals the democrats are coming up with now days are bad for this country, not saying the republicans are any better, just look at the spending bill that was passed this past Sunday, loaded down with 8 billion doallers of pet projects, and belive me the rebublicans got their share.  (9 hrs ago | post #32)

I do agree that they were captured on the battle field, and after getting all the information that our cia could they like all captives do deserve their day in court but a military court not a civilian court.Once they are brought here to U.S.soil they are entitled to same constitutional rights as any American.This is why Bush never brought them here and held them in Cuba  (9 hrs ago | post #7)

Good God man what have you been drinking, must be the kool-aid again. Do you remember back in the mid 70's when the the climate change enthusiast was on the CFC band wagon and the U.S.put a band on all CFC to reduce the green house gases, which was said to be destroying the ozone layers,and rasing the earth temp's by 8 to 10 degrees. Well we band them here in the good o usa and no one I mean no one in the rest of the world did.Now all we did was force the aersol companys to move over seas and continus making their product and we had to switch our ac to a new gase R29 which cost more . So until I see defite proof that there is somthing going on with green house gases I will say that Al Gore and people like him are out to make money. I just saw a study saying that 96 percent of Co2 in made by Mother Nature and the other 4 percent in man made .... we all know it's not nice to fool Mother Natuer !!!  (10 hrs ago | post #89)

Aren't we all pawns in some form,especially when it comes to election time.You find some one that support's your ideology and I find some one who i share my ideals with and we both vote accordingly.I did not say all I do is fund raisers I said I do some fund raisers for the conservative's and yes this does include the Tea Party.I have not yet researched you freedworks but don't belive they are affilited with the tea party.
