Barack Obama, our next President

So, what you're saying is, there is no limit to what the IRS can demand in the way of evidence of compliance with the law, right? Like, the IRS can order you to give them your underwear, or turn over to them a list of everyone you slept with in the past decade, or anything their whim decides, right? I don't see where a list of donor names is important to this determination, besides violating the 4th Amendment to the Constitution. I think everyone is being misdirected. As I interpret this administration's actions, it seems most logical that they are trying to prevent any political activity other than that which is government funded. I don't understand why you are appaled by the Waco (Texas) Tea Party being given its legal exemption. What do you know the IRS doesn't know about them? You seem to be fixated on names. I notice that about Democrats. Symbolism is paramount, and substance is not important. You've been programmed to have an averse reaction when you read TEA, see people who call themselves "patriots ", or come into contact with anyone who thought 9/11 was worth generating political involvement. Perhaps it didn't take much effort by the programmer to get you to think like this.  (11 hrs ago | post #1123714)

A ruling by the Supreme Court states any law where it cannot be determined what is required for compliance by reading the law to be unconstitutional due to vagueness and ambiguity. Congress cannot delegate it's Constitutional responsibility and authority to write legislation to any other branch of government. For instance, Congress cannot write a law saying "The President can determine what is required by a law". Well, they can write it, but it isn't constitutional. If Congress chooses to turn a blind eye to unconstitutional actions by an administration, that doesn't make those actions constitutional. It only makes Congress inept and derelict. An inept and derelict Congress doesn't change the text in the Constitution. For instance, if there is a date specified in a law, ObamaKare for example, the President doesn't have the authority to change that date. Congress has to pass legislation to change anything in any law. Additionally, the President doesn't have the authority to determine who is subjected to the law, and who is exempted from the law. In fact, the Constitution specifically commands the President to ensure the laws are faithfully executed.  (11 hrs ago | post #1123706)

I'm no too sure about Bundy being wrong. As I understand it, Clark County paid a fee to the government for grazing. If that is true, then I don't believe the government can collect the same fee for the same thing from a private individual. The ownership of the property by the federal government is determined by the clause in the Nevada constitution that states all "unappropriat ed" land belongs to the federal government. If "approprioate d" means being used by people of Nevada for their sustenance, then the federal government can only own that land if they complied with the 5th Amendment and paid the state, or county, or both "just compensation" . A ruling on this issue by some court posted here by some Democrat referenced the 1848 treaty between the US and Mexico, treating Nevada as a territory and not a state, and ignored the subsequent 1864 agreement between the state of Nevada and the US to become a state, and it also ignored the state constitution. Bundy represented himself because he had some bad experiences with lawyers... go figure. That ruling would be dead on arrival if appealed by anyone who knew how to practice law.  (12 hrs ago | post #1123700)

Let's try this again.... A historian has discovered the Bundy name comes from Chicago. And you don't think that's funny?  (12 hrs ago | post #1123692)

I saw a photo of the pit the BLM dug to put the slaughtered cattle into, and I saw more cattle than that. The BLM brought a backhoe with their paramilitary force to dig a huge hole, and the only thing they were going for was the cattle.  (12 hrs ago | post #1123675)

I believe the Democrats blinked during an election year. And, they thought they would be able to show up with a paramilitary force and everyone would cower in their presence. What they found was a group of Americans ready to shoot it out with them. The fact that they stopped slaughtering the cattle indicates they were surprised by the response. They never in their wildest dreams thought Americans would stand up to them. They surround themselves with people just like themselves, and that's what they think Americans are. That ignorance will cause us great strife.  (12 hrs ago | post #1123673)

If what is required for compliance with the law is understood by reading the law, that limits the President's executive discretion. There were multiple intents of this ruling. One of the intents was for the people to understand by reading the law what is prohibited, and another intent was for those affected by the law to be able to understand what is required of them to comply with the law by reading the law. This ruling has been thrown out the window in Washington. If this rulling had been adhered to, the penalty specifically written as such in the law actually being a tax is proof even the people who wrote the law don't understand it, and if the people who wrote the law don't understand it, there's no way anyone else can understand it. Among many other grounds, Obamakare is unconstitutional on the grounds of vagueness and ambiguity. ... just for one example of this government throwing the Constitution into the trash.  (12 hrs ago | post #1123668)

You frauds talk about the Constitution, but you never quote the Constitution to back your lying bullshit up. Show me the text in the Constitution that allows the government to enact laws that benefit one race of people at the expense of another race of people. Affirmative Action laws are discriminatory and create inequality. Thus, they violate the Constitution. Or, you can show us that text in the Constitution that allows the government to discriminate against some race. ... well, where's that text from the Constitution?  (13 hrs ago | post #1123644)

If a law can be interpreted and executed one way by one president, and differently by a subsequent president, then the law is unconstitutional on the grounds of vagueness and ambiguity. For any law to be constitutional, it must be understood in the text of the law specifically what is required to comply with the law. Additionally, Congress does not have the authority to delegate its Constitutionally assigned authority adn responsibilities to any other branch of government. In other words, the President can't just write his own laws. I understand that this has been an increasingly frequent violation of the Constitution. But, this is exactly what the Constitution was intended to prohibit the government from doing.  (13 hrs ago | post #1123641)

You conveniently forgot to include information that would give your story more credibility than some propaganda lie. Where did the Bundy family come from? What did the Bundy family do? I'm thinking if that so-called "news" organization can come up with information from 1948, they can substantiate their claim that the Bundy family didn't exist before 1948, which seems to be your claim. According to your post, some aliens dropped Bundy off on Earth in 1948. So, where was the Bundy family before 1948? I'm going to guess right there doing the same thing they're doing now. And, you'd think a "news" team would tell you how they determined the 1954 date. Perhaps the truth is, that is the beginning of regulating that land, thus there is no records prior? Your "news" is sorely lacking, dupe.  (13 hrs ago | post #1123628)

Go tell your indoctrination session leaders that propaganda trial baloon crashed on take off. You cowns burned that propaganda lie up when you committed your mass murder in Waco. Who would have thought that after the Democrats committed mass murder in Waco, it would become a fad for Democrats to commit mass murder. No doubt the BLM, not having a separate set of rights written into the Constitution than the rights specified for everyone in and out of the government, had fully automatic weapons, as well as snipers. Take a look at who was in the crowd. Do you think the BLM snipers would be the first snipers they ever had to deal with? But, we digress. Tell us why Harry Reid would approve of a plan to slaughter all the cattle owned by a rancher living in his home state?  (14 hrs ago | post #1123619)
