Search David George DeLancey I have my ups and downs allthough it gets better as we go along. search, Art Economics History DeLancey history Files Colonial DeLancey DeLancey Faction Here is a goog one ( Levermore) Wigs of Colonial New York This is an eleven page artical stipulating the creation of thr Revolution. Levermore is a respected historian from the 1800's. Note on that 11 page invoice is DeLancey Faction and the Livingston Faction, Kings College now Columbia College. The seperation of both factions leaving New York in an uproar. This caused a public to seek another form of leadership for when Mr Livingston then became to leave and become Governor and support Philidelphia and it serounding colony Perhaps meaning Pennsylvania. He did support Law allthough seemingly dteped on it as well, though being situated within Law in extent another can not eliminate that authority. In other words a form of recognition and or leadership and perhaps even an Independence and or independent. Have fun with the Art Economics History I David George DeLancey truely respect. 1:08 P.M. 1:37 P.M. E.S.T. David George DeLancey, Coincidence or fact, this time of the year the economy seems to be booming. Who would estimate that this would happen, well perhaps the executiveness of last year. Turist's, summer flings, feeling more free'er to spend, heck the beach and amusment's are just down the road. We shall inspect and perhaps neglect the options of another investment come the end of the summer. Though look further if you expect your still seeing a rise in it """ Yes The Economy" " well perhaps the lasting stock pile will invest to see a mutual catergory. See when the Economy stays afloat it just stipulates the economy. Currious we are to see what an economy is. Once in a while we will here of certain economic balances such as the stock market and some economic stratergies of a Country's balancing act-tivity. The act of Congress will dispurse these recomendations such as. We will offer our availability to our economical standards. Note the s after standard. Some of us may need to research our readings carefully, such as the one I am reviewing now just off the top of my head. The Economy in the view should be based on distribution ' correct ' I think so. See my version of Distribution is where it starts. Money is an Investment, though who has it. The Government in all aspects to start will have to be the answer of whom has it. See when we start a Governmental Country it surly starts with an investment. Look back at Our Country, did it not first start with an investment of a Ship. A ship a taxi a pole a portion of Land a Vision from another are the same as a Dollar Bill or any money note capable of a transaction, first all that is needed is the OK. Distribution who has it. I am currently in virtue of the Presidentcy, further recommendation of this will be set off through by searching David George DeLancey. Currently I am Just in the start of the Commputer technique of action. 1:29 P.M. E.S.T. 12-27-2008 And a Happy Birthday to me. DeLancey Farm Grid On the modern map of manhattan this is the grid of streets east of the Bowery from Division street north to Houston street. The bulk of this area was the 339-acre estate of the Powerful DeLancey Family. They began the layout of streets in the southwestern part of their property in the 1760's. Their plan included a spacious square, called DeLancey Square on the Ratzner Map, bounded by the present Eldridge, Essex, Hester and Broome streets. (Dec 27, 2008 | post #13)
During the Revolution the DeLanceys actively supported the crown. Afterward the were forced into excile and their land was confiscated by New York State. In subdividing the land for sale, the states commissioners of forfeiture continued the grid established by the DeLanceys but eliminiated the grand square. By 1797 the grid was nearly complete, extending to North street on the north and Cannon street on the east. The 1803 Mangin-Georck Plan added a few more streets east of cannon street, including Mangin and Georck streets. The same plan alos added three streets parellel to and north of North street, called Romaine, Minthorne and Morris (2) streets. These last three streets appear to have been officially recognized, if only briefly, before they were superseded by the 1811 Commissioners Plan. see also numbered streets 8:45 P.M. E.S.T. Variations among colonies were greatest at the level of local government. Everywhere, in the English fashion, justices of the peace operating through local courts had primary responsibility for the administration of Justice. For handling other areas of local administration, three main systems emerged. From North Carolina north to New York and in Nova Scotia, the county was the central unit of local government and was administered by county courts composed of justices of the peace appointed by governors. In the four New England Colonies, the town was the primary local unit and was administered by selectman and other officials elected (usually annually) by a town meeting. 6:11 A.M. Budgets and taxes were low; paid full time officials few;civil,Judicial ,and Police establishments small, part time, and unprofessional; and military establishments temporary. Hence, politics provided little scope for the active involvement of citizens. Outside New England, where some town offices were elective as were some provincial offices in Connecticut ad Rhode Island, only representatives of the lower houses were not appointed, and the franchise was limited to independent property-owning adult males. Because property was relatively easily available, however, a large majority (up to 80 to 90 percent) of free white males in most colonies could expect to acquire enough property to meet suffrage requirements. 6:02 A.M. A State Tax upon a Paycheck on a percentage rate from state observations, just a single state tax, which is an income procedure. Disabled Persons get more. retired Persons get more. All sales tax goes to the federal reserves Back and is accountable through time. A higher denominational effort is advised in certain cases, which will consist of a new bills, and or a new bill. David George DeLancey 12-27-1961 Dorchester Mass. Idea is from 1986, written twice to two Governors in care of two presidents 1986 and 1992 New Hampshire and Wyoming.
