my best workout in your opinion ?

i'm a man 17 years old : my height is 5' 1'' my weight is 57 kg my bmi is 23.8 normal rang 2 i eat 1500-1800 calories i do sport for 2-3 time a week i eat everything my goal is to lose 5 kilos what i went from you is the better workout to losing weight with this condition some details : my chest 83 cm my waist 85 cm my hips 102 cm my thigh (one leg) 46 cm Additional Details i have dumbell for 3kg and 11 kg i can use the 11 kg as a barbell i have barfix medicine ball 1kg i can work for 4 day / week i want to lose 5 kilos in 7 week  (Sep 17, 2013 | post #1)
