drinking rum straight

Ha ha - I don't know how you can drink it straight - I like it with some sort of mixer to really enjoy the flavour. The only thinks I can shot are things like Tuaca. Vegetarian Basics

Absolutely spot on, you can really tell the difference straight away. I have been a vegan for over a year now and since I quit eating meat I've noticed a massive shift in my energy levels. The main thing is just planning your meals and making sure you have some supplements. I recommend using iron and vitamin C and I also take Vitamin B12 for energy levels - here are some patch versions that I've used previously that are most effective. Vegans Can Get Vitamins, Too

I've been vegan for about 6 years now and the one thing I noticed just like everyone else no doubt is the gradual lethargicness and weakness. The best advice I can give you is getting some form of suppliment in! Although I've tried supplements/ vitamins it does take a long time to get into the blood stream.
