I agree slightly, If we had better educated kids and jobs for them we might need less law enforcement. Less bad guys less need for law enforcement. Your first comment about law enforcement is stupid. Lot of state cops are getting pay cuts too. May result in less cops dealing with those sex offenders that pray on kids, Less teachers working with our kids more victims.
