CASEY: Does the State Have the Goods to Convict?

Look at the Caylee's Law, it is a petition to sign to bring into law it is a felony after so long of not reporting your child missing, and 1 hour after death. Hopefully it would stop this miscarriage of justice in the future.  (Jul 7, 2011 | post #275793)

Jury finds Casey Anthony not guilty of murder

There should have never been a trial if her child drown. That is the point, she lied, and was convicted of it. Therefore the State of Florida has had to spend a million dollars it would not have had to spend if she didn't lie. The people of Florida should not have to bare that cost for a liar.  (Jul 7, 2011 | post #2963)

The way I understand it, she can make all the money she wants, but who will buy a book of hers, all she does is lie, and if Judge Perry slaps a 2 Million dollar bill on her for costs, and Texas E goes after the 112,000.00 they are looking into, her Bella Vita life may not be what she had hoped for.  (Jul 7, 2011 | post #2919)

The petition I signed was that parents had to report a death of a child in a timely manner, do you think 2 1/2 years was suffidient enough time? You are a moron.  (Jul 7, 2011 | post #2900)

I signed the petition. Too bad we have to make laws for something that should be a normal reaction, or common sence.  (Jul 7, 2011 | post #2859)

If you EVER had anyone in your family drown you could not possibly write what you just did. I was 8 years old when my cousin of 9 years drown. I am no 62 years old, and still remember the anguish his family went through, and I can stake my life on the fact that they would not have gone and thrown his body in the swamp like Baez is trying to say happend here. ANYONE that would believe that is wanting to believe that, a rational mind would NEVER believe that. You can go to HELL along with Casey Anthony!  (Jul 6, 2011 | post #1936)

I cannot believe you really believe what you wrote. Do you think Caylee duct taped her own mouth, went to the swamp, got into a bag, somehow duct taped it closed all on her own? Do you really believe if it was a drowning that anyone would dump her in the swamp instead of calling for help? I know that to be untrue due to a drowning in my family. Casey is guilty as hell and anyone that thinks otherwise is a complete idiot!!!!!!!!  (Jul 6, 2011 | post #1876)

Justice was not served yesterday. Caylee's murderer is going free. As Linda Drane Burdick said if she drown she would have been in the pool, not in a swamp down the road. What kind of mother could dump her child in a swamp to be eaten by animals? Karma is a wonderful thing, and I do believe what goes around comes around, Casey in time will pay.  (Jul 6, 2011 | post #274538)

If I were her family I would not want her coming home. She looked up neck breaking, and household weapons, and told friends George and Cindy were going to give her their home. George and Cindy are not wealthy enough to give her their home, were they the next ones on her list to die?  (Jul 5, 2011 | post #273012)

If I were Casey I am not sure I would want to be out free. As crazy a sociopath as Casey is there are bigger crazies out there than her that want a name for themselves. She would never be safe.  (Jul 5, 2011 | post #272996)

What was Casey Anthony like in high school?

I was a friend to someone like Casey, until I realized nothing she said was true. People like that usually do not keep friends long, they change them like you change your clothes because it gets too hard to keep convincing them of your lies.  (Jul 5, 2011 | post #102)

I think Linda Drane Burdick did a wonderful job. I was expecting it to be good, but it was great! She hit it right out of the ball park showing the uncaring person Casey is to her entire family. In the beginning I did not care for Cindy, and even though she lied on the stand last week, I feel sorry for her now. She does not want her child to die even though she obviously knows she is guilty. George and Cindy's life will never be the same again, and Lee seems to be done with his sister, cannot blame him for that, seeing what she did to her child, and entier family. I hope that George and Cindy find peace together one day.  (Jul 5, 2011 | post #272984)

My daughter worked at a hospital in Florida, and she said that the hospital would still have Cindy's emails, they legally have to keep everything due to law suits.  (Jun 29, 2011 | post #267022)

He is not throwing his child under any bus, he is telling the truth. As you can see this is hard on this poor man, I cannot understand how you can be so heartless, maybe you are Casey that somehow got ahold of a computer.  (Jun 29, 2011 | post #266996)
