Rays success trumps Piniella's return home

The D-Rays aren't perfect at home. Nobody is. I'm still going to predict the Cubs take 2 of 3.  (Jun 17, 2008 | post #4)

Cubs take series from Blue Jays

For some reason I have more confidence in Sean Gallagher than I do in Marquis. That said, I think the Cubs are going to need a #2 or #3 quality pitcher. When Dempster falls into a pitching slump, the Cubs are going to need that guy to step up. Hopefully Lilly and Marquis have figured something out and can sustain their quality outings.  (Jun 16, 2008 | post #24)

Cubs take series from Blue Jays

I think what happened was that he was mishandled in San Diego coming off of injuries. The Cubs just got him at the right time. I admit, I was angry when the Cubs picked him up, not because of who he is, but because he was hitting below .200. He's ours now, and he's doing a decent job, so I'll cheer for him as long as he wears that uniform  (Jun 15, 2008 | post #5)

Cubs play Padres in last Hall of Fame exhibition

Is this guy even a baseball fan? The HOF game cuts into schedules and forces teams to make detours on their road trips for an EXHIBITION. If they want to do something about the HOF game, why don't they just make it before the season begins. Make it a spring training game.  (Jun 15, 2008 | post #3)

Sweet homecoming as Cubs slam Braves

Ooops. Sorry that the typical Cubs fan knows how to spell. My apologies.  (Jun 12, 2008 | post #59)

Yeah why don't you go back to the White Sox, instead of caring so much about what the Cubs do? You spelled "cliche" wrong, by the way. Go git yerself an edumacation.  (Jun 11, 2008 | post #29)

Lake bursts bank and disappears: 'It was . . . full of life, no...

Just wait until the homeless wisconsinites start dying of cholera and malaria from the contaminated water and the Red Cross has to drop food and water, and then the warlords come in to exploit the disaster.  (Jun 10, 2008 | post #121)

They scream for ice cream man to shut it

Wait a minute... the ice cream trucks play hip hop or nursery rhymes? Ice cream trucks here play canned instrumental music. I guess that's the difference.  (Jun 10, 2008 | post #38)

I love hearing the ice cream truck music. It brings me back to my childhood.  (Jun 10, 2008 | post #37)
