Former owner of Sedona Choppers seek $1.2 million in laws...

The company's license checks out with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. There are no complaints recorded against the company or the agent named in the civil suit. If you have information to support your accusations, please contact me through my profile. You may remain anonymous, however, I need verifiable information to follow up with.  (Jan 3, 2008 | post #8)

My pleasure. Your folks probably knew about the hazmat accident on I-17. Southbound traffic had to either use 89A through the canyon, or wait until the freeway was cleared. Sadly, some people don't know how steep the canyon is until it's too late to turn around. An RV went that way and lost its brakes. No one in that vehicle was injured, I'm told, but the driver may have intentionally used the side of the mountain to stop the RV. It added to the traffic congestion. The Bronco accident followed.  (Jan 2, 2008 | post #4)

I've posted RRN's coverage of the accident for you. The police chief told me today that RRN's reporter had asked for more information today. RRN publishes again on Friday. If I get more info tomorrow, I'll let you know.  (Jan 2, 2008 | post #2)

How many of Uptown 100-or-so merchants went out of business because of the construction project? I'm only aware of this one.  (Dec 27, 2007 | post #6)

Wow. I wouldn't dare publish an article that makes a local business look bad without any indication the reporter tried to get the other side of the story. I don't have that kind of insurance.  (Dec 24, 2007 | post #1)
