Getting songs out of head?

dream87, Thank you for explaining this. If that is how the fans on here think, then I guess I am "clueless " and "nuts", but "Spam", come on, that's pushing it a bit. Jeeesh, a simple question is all it was, forgive me for asking.. Moving right along............. ........  (Dec 24, 2011 | post #7)

Getting songs out of head?

dream87, So, since I used the word "his" instead of the word "their", I am "Nuts"- "clueless " - and my post is "Spam"?? ? Seriously??? Wow!! This is one tough crowd. It was just a simple question.......... .......  (Dec 24, 2011 | post #5)

Getting songs out of head?

Can anyone tell me why someone would judge this thread of mine as "Spam" and "Nuts"? Seriously? Someone has an axe to grind? Grow up!!  (Dec 23, 2011 | post #3)

Getting songs out of head?

Is it just me or do other Bon Jovi fans get a lot of his songs stuck in their head? If so, what do you do to get a song from continuously playing in your brain? Is this something these artists do on purpose, as in subliminal messages? Lately, I can't even listen to some of his songs as they just stick in my brain. It really irks me because I love his music. Would it have something to do with getting older? Do young kids get songs stuck in their heads? Suggestions please? Thanks  (Dec 22, 2011 | post #1)

BJ, What is your problem??? If you can't be helpful in your replies why don't you just move along. I still think your a shill for that store or your an employee. 13 business days and no responses to emails or phone calls or notifications when shipping or tracking numbers provided. They also charged my card right away. Yeah, that will attract a lot of business. Oh, that's right, they're way too busy to answer all support requests, they just answer the ones you think they should. I really shouldn't bother them with my petty inquiries. Yeah right!! I really need a life, arguing with a guy like you on a "Bon Jovi" web site???? Of course, 1839 posts? Maybe someone else needs a life as well?? Good grief...  (Dec 14, 2011 | post #31)

Alison, Hi. Sorry to hear about your situation with your order. As you probably can see from reading this thread, I also had some issues with the store. Mine weren't nearly as bad as yours though. I hope you have better luck than I did in contacting them about your problem. I never did hear anything from them after a couple phone calls and emails, I finally just gave up. I also was never notified when the order shipped or provided a tracking number. My order finally did show up though, albeit smashed into my mailbox thus creating wrinkles and dents in the calendar. That was my mail carriers fault though. So, my whole experience with the web site store was not a pleasant one. You, on the other hand, really do need to communicate with someone to get things corrected. I hope you hear something soon. Good luck...  (Dec 14, 2011 | post #29)

I really don't care if it's authorized or unauthorized Bon Jovi merchandise. I really don't think the gift recipient is gonna want to know if that Bon Jovi calendar is authorized or unauthorized. Just so the pics are hot!! As far as me calling before the 10th business day is concerned, too bad for them. Maybe they shouldn't have charged my credit card until they shipped the order, and then I wouldn't have called them at all. Not answering their phone or responding to customer emails because "they were busy sending items out" as you say, is ridiculous. You must have stock in that store to defend it as you do. In my opinion, No way to run a business......  (Dec 10, 2011 | post #22)

BonJersey, With all due respect, we are just going to have to agree to disagree. I hate to drag this thread out any longer than needed, but I just have to tell you that I completely disagree with what you last posted. As per their sites policies, it clearly states that they try to ship your order within 72 hours, and that an email would be sent when your order is shipped along with tracking information. I have received none of what they state on their site. So when I call with concerns, I hardly think this is clogging up their phone lines. As always, just my opinion. Here are some of their statements: "Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the “Account” link at the top and sign in to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment." And also this: "We strive for sub 24 hour turnaround, but in some cases it can take up to 3 business days or 72 hours to process and ship your order." Thanks again for your help. BonJersey, Thanks for all of your replies as well. Very helpful. I'm in Central Pa., so I guess I can wait 3 to 5 more days. I just have to reconsider whether I want to order from this site again or not. Probably not. Most of the items sold on this site can be purchased at Amazon or other sites that have much better customer support. I really like to be able to track my purchases so that I know when to expect them at my door. Makes life easier....  (Dec 10, 2011 | post #18)

ffg, I also called them during normal business hours and got their voice mail. Is this an outfit working out of someone's garage? I thought this was Bon Jovi's main store. You would think they would have someone man the phones? Oh well, I just checked my account online and the order status has changed from "pending ", to "shipped/comp lete". I guess this means that it has shipped. I received no email confirming that it had shipped, and it still doesn't list any tracking number or carrier. I guess it's back to the waiting game...  (Dec 9, 2011 | post #15)

Thanks guys for all the responses. Looks like I'm in the minority with this problem. Normally I wouldn't mind waiting if someone would respond to my emails to let me know if and possibly when the order would ship. As I said, these are x-mas presents and I would like to have them by then or try to find the same items elsewhere. This is the very first time I purchased anything on their site and it just may be the last time. There is just no excuse for not responding to customer emails and phone calls. I've been emailing and calling for the past week with no response at all. Maybe it's just me????????? Thanks again guys.  (Dec 9, 2011 | post #13)

Hey there JG, Thanks for your input. I ordered around the 24th or 25th of November. It's really not been that long, but usually I have found that when I order online, my card is not charged until it actually ships, and my card was charged immediately. It's just frustrating that no one will return my emails or phone calls. Why would a legitimate site not respond to support requests? By the way, one of the items I ordered was the calendar, and it seemed to take it. My order is listed as: "payment received" and the order status is: "pending ". It's been like that since a day or so after placing the order. At this point I'd just like to cancel the order, but I can't get anyone to respond. I will probably just go the "dispute charge" route with my credit card company. Thanks again.  (Dec 8, 2011 | post #3)

Hey guys, Has anyone ever ordered anything from this site? I ordered three items in November and my credit card was charged, but have never received the items or heard anything from them. They look like a reputable site. I tried emailing three times with no response and called twice, once leaving a voice mail message explaining my situation, but still never heard back. At this point, I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company, but I wanted these items to give as x-mas presents, and to try and find these same items somewhere else, and get them by x-mas may be a problem. I just can't understand why they won't get back to me on why they never sent the order, considering that they charged my card. Thanks  (Dec 8, 2011 | post #1)

Tyrone Night at BCB on Sunday

On a lighter note. Sunday night at Blair County Ballpark is Tyrone Day. Anybody planning to attend? I know the weather has been awful lately, and the Curve aren't having their best season, but the food is always great. Orange and black is the dress code! See you there.  (Jul 30, 2009 | post #1)
