McDonalds on 31 is a joke

My step daughter was an employee at the McDonalds on State Route 31. She is 16 years old. We found text messages on her cell phone between her and her married male manager. These text messages disc ussed a sexual relationship that they were having, as well as drugs that were being provided to her by him. My husband took her to the Marysville PD and they would not do an investigation, because she was of the age of consent and did not have any drugs in her possession at the time. When my husband went to the GM at McDonalds, she assured him that she would do an investigation and contact HR. The resolution to this was: Since it was all "hear-say " and both the manager and my step-daughter denied any wrong doing. They were going to do nothing. The Manager who was having sex with my step daughter kept his job and they said they would not schedule them to work together anymore. My husband made his daughter quit. I have contacted Jim Holowicki who is the owner, I have contacted the BBB. I was basically told that Jim did not appreciate my contacting him and they were not going to do anything to the manager because we could be lying. I would highly suggest that any involved parents d o not let their minor daughters work for the McDonalds in this town. Apparently they culture this environment.  (Feb 22, 2014 | post #1)
