What is everyones thoughts on weight training? Back in the day when I was younger and before kids it was a necessity along with a good cardio program. Now that I'm pushing 30 I curious if it would have the same effect. I'm afraid however, that with the weight training it would add more mass which is something I don't need!  (May 11, 2014 | post #1)


Hi all

Hi all my name is Patty and I am starting my adventure in loosing weight!!!! I would like to know what people are doing not just physically but also what women are doing to keep their mind in the game. I have had difficulty shedding the weight after I had my twin boys so right now I am very frustrated due to the fact I have not lost a pound rather I have gained weight.
