Gay Marriage - Grove City, OH

It may not be what the bible preached, but times change. Why should men/women get all the benefits. We shouldn't tell someone that theydon't get the same things we all get.  (Jul 29, 2010 | post #2)

Visitors say O'Shaughnessy Reservoir flora is too wild | ...

Yea we know! But if you're gonna have a riverside park, I better be able to see the river. Like I said before, what's it going to hurt to mow a few feet of brush?  (Jul 28, 2010 | post #21)

Coleman to propose full curbside recycling

we recycle. I take all my cans, bottles, cardboard, plastic to the recycling bins behind the Kroger by me. It's really surprised me in the begining how much my actual trash decreased. We compost also, so that helps. My issue with curbside bins are: the ones I have seen do not have lids. On days that's it's windy, that trash will be all over the place. Plastic, cans and small boxes are light, there's nothing holding them down. I'm don't really want to pick up everyone else trash. it would make it more convient, but i'd rather not pay for something that I can drop off on my way to the store or work.  (Jul 28, 2010 | post #39)

Clarett returns to Ohio State as student | BuckeyeXtra

I don't understand the hype. He did his time, leave him alone. If he wants to finish school, who says he can't. He's not the first person to every make a mistake and do better the 2nd or 3rd (ha!) time around.  (Jul 27, 2010 | post #29)

***Buck-EE---Geesh ! Has anyone ever heard of taking the middle of the road? If keeping the shoreline as natural as possible helps hinder pollution, then it should be done. However, openning up 10-20 ft. vistas in designated areas (like picnic spots) shouldn't hamper anti-pollution efforts.*** This is exactly what I was gonna say. I understand keeping it natural but trimming a few trees isn't going to hurt a thing.  (Jul 27, 2010 | post #14)

Grove City softball event marred by brawl | The Columbus ...

I'm not from Grove City, but I live there. I like it. I've been to one of these events, and it's not really a "family" event. And it's def. not for outsiders, since it's like one big reunion.  (Jul 27, 2010 | post #39)

Kroger launches its digital coupon center | The Columbus ...

I've loaded e-coupons on my cards before. my problem is I forget what I have on there and forget to use them. I like paper coupons, cause I can look at and see what I need to buy.  (Jul 23, 2010 | post #2)

Big Tree Drive is between Briggs and Eakin on the south west side. The construction makes it very congested, I'm sure this doesn't help much.  (Jul 22, 2010 | post #13)

Football finals are coming back to the 'Shoe | The Columb...

they should be played all over the state. I mean, it is the Ohio h.s. football finals. any place in Ohio should be given the opportunity to host the event. sort of like the superbowl.  (Jul 22, 2010 | post #2)

Kids design playground of dreams | The Columbus Dispatch

What a great idea to get the kids involved. even though one idea won't "win" the kids got to feel like they participated in something to better their community.  (Jul 16, 2010 | post #1)

Joe Blundo commentary: If LeBron leaves, what will Ohio d...

you're right Tha Shiznit. he was like a stimulus package and that's sad. my feelings are to him personaly. he made this decision into a hugh event and does it really need to be? No! I feel bad for the city of Cleveland. fans put way to much on the shoulders of their teams and players. and I work next to the Arena District and it would suck if the Jackets ever left. they're too many businesses that rely on those events.  (Jul 12, 2010 | post #10)

Widow: Ill inmate wasn't treated | The Columbus Dispatch

My prayers go out to the family. What a terrible thing to happen. My mom died of lung cancer that spread to the brain. It is fast. I'm curious to know; did he have a will or directive or poa?, if not, his mom's there, they probably don't know that they had not seen each other for some time. they're going to assume, mom's there, she cares, ask her what to do. And as for the guys medical care. No where does it say, probably because it's still being investgated, if he refused any care. He could have told his wife one thing and told the medical staff something else. Just something to think about. No matter how close you think you are to someone, you just never know.  (Jul 12, 2010 | post #25)

LOL! I'm tired of this LeBron crap, so reading this really made me laugh. People act like the world's gonna end and I really just don't get it. Thanks Joe!  (Jul 8, 2010 | post #1)
