I am filing a trademark what does this mean?
This is a place to disclaim part of your trademark. For instance, if your trademark was AMBER BOCK, you may want to disclaim BOCK to let your trademark sail through easier. As a trademark attorney, I never fill this blank in until the trademark office tells me to because until they do I don't exactly what to write and may disclaim more than necessary.
