In Baghdad streets, nothing's safe

Thanks to the Lowell Sun for making us remember our boys and girls who are still fighting to keep us free. This is what is important, those that sacrifice daily. Thank you to the men and women who's job it is to protect and serve the US of A. God Bless and we hope you can come home soon..  (Nov 18, 2010 | post #3)

Somewhere, Jerry's smiling

I agree with Jack Straw. It's about the music, not some guy chatting on his cell phone walking around outside the venue with his finger in the air. Had a great time with great people last night. The boys didn't let us down. Thank you, for a real good time...  (Jul 1, 2010 | post #32)

11 tenants flee fire at Lowell landmark

That was my question too. Perhaps that has something to do with why they can't contact the landlord at this time? Smoke alarms should have been going off to alert the tenants.  (Feb 14, 2010 | post #27)

My dearest Bostonian, Prior to an attempt at questioning the class and culture of the people of this area, perhaps you should proof read your quips before posting. I do not believe you can take 'there' advice, however you could take their advice. Better luck next time perhaps?  (Jan 10, 2010 | post #93)

Coakley, Brown prepare to do battle

Agree 100%. Those who don't take the time to go out and vote have no right to complain. Be careful sick, before you know it, "they" will be calling you names and demanding some kind of proof that there are people who couldn't stand Teddy, or will want your reasoning of why you didn't like him...  (Dec 10, 2009 | post #11)

Canceling school can be a tough call

Transplant speaks the truth. Most people are just idiots when it comes to weather that is not 'perfect'. Rain causes common sense to disappear never mind a couple of inches of snow. I have lived in Mass my whole life 'New England' and it boggles my mind at the stupidity of the majority of people that drive on these roads. You can bit%h and moan all you want about the bad decision making when it comes to the closing of the schools, but, ultimately WE are responsible for our children. If YOU feel that the weather outside it too frightful, keep your kid at home.  (Dec 10, 2009 | post #55)
