The FREE phone is now FREE without rebates for customers who pass the credit requirements and choose a plan between $49.99 and $79.99. The $34.99, $39.99 and $99.99 plan customers will pay the normal price with rebates that we have been offering. 2. We are no longer requiring deposits with our 2 year agreements. 3. Customers who pass the credit procedure will continue and order their phones and plans as they have been doing since launch with the addition of a FREE phone without rebates for $49.99 to $79.99 plans. 4. Customers who do not pass the credit procedure will be able to pay full price for their phone and we will not require a deposit. Also, after one year on service, they can turn their rebate form in and get the normal rebate awarded to customers who enroll.
