Pipeline nearing approval to deliver water to Manor area

Why should a private company be able to issue tax exempt bonds? They want to take rural water and move it and jobs to metro areas..........if metro businesses need water let them bring those jobs to rural Texas!!!!  (Nov 10, 2009 | post #1)
