My brother and I recieved assistance after our mother was killed in an accident. My brother has owned his own successful company for twenty years. I went on to college where I recieved numerous degrees, not only using them in their respective fields, but have owned and still operate my own businesses. My wife whose father was a disabled survivor of the sinking of the USS Indianapolis, she was resposible for four younger siblings {all who have become successful} both drew assistance. She just retired from a brillant teaching career. Was those programs in which we recieved assistance payed back many fold in taxes, helping and caring, benefits in society, etc? Yes! You do realize there are no death squads, people who are terminal are provided with options, they can have the procedure which in many cases will bankrupt the families. Termal being the key word here, this policy of children not qualifying for an adult lung has been if effect for generations. This policy has not changed under Obamacare, although the policies are now being reconsidered. There are medical reasons why children are not always chosen to recieve adult lungs. Although the US Constitution is one of the greatest documents ever written, we are no longer living in the 1880's. Those who believe the constitution cannot or should not be amended do not relize there is a time for change, if not we will be destroyed from within without positive action. It is legal and necsessary for change. Waterboarding, freezing is torture. Ask those who disagree and have tried to finish a sequence of waterboarding why they couldn't complete the process. If you have been listening to the news {except Fox} then you realize why I disaprove {another mass shooting in California yesterday of civilians| of military style weapons and extended magazines. These weapons are chosen in a majority of mass shootings and becoming more prevelant every year. These weapons were designed originally for battleground warfare to kill as many people as quickly as possible. In todays societry we do not need these weapons. Do you believe in extended background checks? I absolutely believe some bad guys will not have their enjoyment of killing innocent people with this procedure. When Bush signed the Patriot Act I was against most of it's actions, but with a terrorist being born every minute with an objective to destroy America I have relented to a degree. Do you believe the act is unconstitutional, after all it does go against the constitution with easing of rights? If not, how can you choose the rule of law and not others? (Sunday Jun 9 | post #72)

Well, I'll tell you one thing, I would not start torturing people until I had proof they knew which school. If you have a relative or friend who is a bad guy should I be able to torture you for information which you may or may not have?? Simple question?
