Joint Pain

Knee Pain

Knee pain is a very common issue that many do not talk about. As I get older I'm finding my joints just aren't what they used to be. A friend of mine recommended a joint pain relief supplemnet they were using. I was skeptical since I've tried them before but decided to give it a shot anyway. I was blown away, it worked wonders - I think because it had glucosamine, chondroitin, msm AND turmeric (which most don't have). Feel free to try it out if you're suffering from knee pain - it has changed my world: http://www.amazon. com/Glucosamine-Su lfate-Chondroitin- Supplement-Turmeri c/dp/B00DUMO9X4/ie =UTF8?m=A3OG9DHZ3G I58O&keywords= glucosamine+chondr oitin&tag=cfor 1-20  (Jan 21, 2014 | post #13)

natural joint pain relieve supplements

A lot of good comments above. I started getting joint pain 4 years ago and was in pain for years. A good friend of mine told me they finally found a supplement that they really liked and dramatically helped their joint pain. I started using it and am now a huge fan - it has done wonders for me. Feel free to take a look at it on Amazon at: http://www.amazon. com/Glucosamine-Su lfate-Chondroitin- Supplement-Turmeri c/dp/B00DUMO9X4/ie =UTF8?m=A3OG9DHZ3G I58O&keywords= glucosamine+chondr oitin&tag=cfor 1-20 I hope that helps!  (Jan 21, 2014 | post #10)

Treating Joint Pain

Joint pain is a fact of life (especially as you start getting older like me). I have stayed away from NSAIDs for joint pain because of the nasty side effects. Heat packs seems to work well for me and also a natural supplement I found that has done wonders. The supplement includes glucosamine, chondroitin, msm AND turmeric (which most people don't have). I get it from amazon at: http://www.amazon. com/Glucosamine-Su lfate-Chondroitin- Supplement-Turmeri c/dp/B00DUMO9X4/ie =UTF8?m=A3OG9DHZ3G I58O&keywords= glucosamine+chondr oitin&tag=cfor 1-20 I hope that helps :)  (Jan 21, 2014 | post #10)

Many great options mentioned above - no need to repeat what has been said. One addition I'd recommend is to take a look at the glucosamine, chondrotin, msm and turmeric supplement I use. I get it from Amazon - http://www.amazon. com/Glucosamine-Su lfate-Chondroitin- Supplement-Turmeri c/dp/B00DUMO9X4/ie =UTF8?m=A3OG9DHZ3G I58O&keywords= glucosamine+chondr oitin&tag=cfor 1-20 It's great because it also includes turmeric which most others don't. It has worked wonders for me.  (Jan 21, 2014 | post #19)

Joint Pain

Young with joint pain... any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that but I feel your pain. I am also 28, sit down A LOT for my job and have joint pain. I did a lot of research and decided to give glucosamine a go as it's a more natural alternative (as others have mentioned). After a lot of trial and error I found one that worked very well. It has glucosamine, chondroitin, msm AND turmeric (which most glucosamine supplements don't include). This is the one I get, feel free to give it a shot: http://www.amazon. com/Glucosamine-Su lfate-Chondroitin- Supplement-Turmeri c/dp/B00DUMO9X4/ie =UTF8?m=A3OG9DHZ3G I58O&keywords= glucosamine+chondr oitin&tag=cfor 1-20  (Jan 21, 2014 | post #12)
