Ken Lucas

Ken Lucas writes on facebook: At a boy Charlie for voting the right way...and sticking to your guns as always...on the NW Transportation Study. Truly sickening how that vote turned out but with the Board compostion as is, and personal agendas/vendettas prevelant---none should expect any different. Proud to know and support you Charlie!!!!! THAT'S FUNNY! KEN LUCAS WOULD DEFINITELY KNOW ABOUT AGENDA AND VENDETTAS. YOU WERE NOT A GOOD COMMISSIONER, HUSBAND OR LEADER. SO SORRY FOR TEXAS, BUT HAPPY THEY HAVE YOU. GLAD BANK OF AMERICA SAW YOUR TRUE COLORS AND RAN YOU HOME TO MOMMA! HOW'S IT FEEL TO BE ON THE RECEIVING END. POOR KENNY! WATCH OUT COMMISSIONER JETER, LUCAS IS REALLY GOOD AT STABBING PEOPLE IN THE BACK. HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT A FRIEND IS.  (Sep 11, 2011 | post #1)

Transit plan divides rural communities

I've seen Stacy Phillips on TV talking about saving their property and rural land, but less than 2 years ago, the same property owned by the Phillips was to be sold for a Shopping Center and they were fine with bringing the city to the rural area when they were going to profit. Sounds like this is about money not saving the rural area.  (Sep 10, 2011 | post #3)

Lake Norman Citizen Sold Its Soul to Randy Marion

Lake Norman Citizen decided to bash the 3 towns in an attempt to make Visit Lake Norman look good and get Randy Marion to advertise with them. The things a paper will do just to put money in its pocket. This was previously posted and someone (could be the subject matter of this post) did not like Freedom of Speech when they are not in control and tried to have it deleted. So Sad! Truth Hurts. Live with it. Say it's not true, but Randy Marion doesn't advertise during 2010 thru 2011 with this paper until you decide to go to bat for Randy's baby, Visit Lake Norman. So much for writing the truth. Pack it in. You've sold your sole for a buck!  (Jun 27, 2011 | post #1)
